Very easy to install and work like it is advertised

Didn't have existing doorbell wiring so had to go with this unit. Works well with the additional subscription service but removing monthly to charge is a pain. Overall satisfied but wish there was better integration with Google products.

This doorbell is impresssive. Easy to setup and use.

The product is okay but you cannot see past motions if I go to look at a motion that was at my front door it will not let me see it I used to be able to now I don't know why you can't but it is okay glad I got it on sale

We love that we are able to see who comes to our door even when we are not home and that we are alerted on our iPhones of that visit. What is annoying is that everyone time someone walks in or out of our home the door bell chimes go off.

The Ring is an awesome product. I love the way it alerts you to things, items, and anything in your front yard. After 30 days you do have to pay a monitoring fee for the camera but it is not but 30$ a year. A lot cheaper and dependable for me than the alarm company. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

This lovely device made my life so much easier! Especially with the holiday season. The speaking intercom was a bonus so if ups or fedex leave packages visible for thief’s to take. I simply talk and ask to put them in a hidden spot. Even if I’m not home. Highly recommend!

I have had trouble getting the area to be covered adjusted.

Other wireless doorbell options I tried had not worked because our front door was on our lanai so it was a long way to the house which is made from concrete and steel beams so the wireless signal could not get through. Now at least my phone rings when someone pushes the doorbell.

Don’t know how I survived without these cool inventions! I’ve replaced every doorbell with a ring doorbell and have installed 3 more flood light cams around the house. Omg! A wonderful product with low monitoring fees! I feel so much safer with the security these and the company provides.

This is worth every penny, Needed a door bell and got much more, it was worth it just to scare the kids remotely from work when they come home. The year subscription was super affordable and now I can see whos at my house from anywhere. Works great for me and I would buy again

We are definitely going to get another product from ring! This was very easy to install, works great with my phone, able to talk to people at my door and do "live" feed if needed. I strongly advise to get one of these. plus they give you a 30 day trial so you can see how it works, them it's only $30.00/year. Bargain.

The night before we made the purchase of the Ring, someone was banging on our door close to midnight and we didn't know who it was. We immediately went the next day to Best Buy to purchase the Ring. Don't hesitate on making the purchase to have peace of mind. Worth every penny.

perfect for knowing when online deliveries occur at the home. Also avoids a run down the stairs to answer the door. Only took 10 minutes to install. Did have a question though for technical help from the company and they were fantastic!!

Good but its difficult to use, at least for me that am old

Hands down a great item to have at the front and back door. The only issue I have had is I tried to give them to a friend and because I did not have access to my old email, we couldn't reset them so becareful! Best, WCT

My doorbell was very easy to install but I was having a hard time getting it to see my wifi and when I called their support team I expected a long drawn out process that didn't end well, but, that wasn't the case. Ten minutes tops and they had me up and rolling. They were the best!!
