Quality is only 720. I wish I could de-select some areas in the monitoring area. I love that you don't have to hardwire this device and you can go with just battery. I love that you can Live Feed on this device. It lags a bit but that is expected.

Wasn’t initially a big fan of these ‘fancy’ doorbells, until I finally used one. The alerts are customizable and actually immensely useful, particularly when expecting packages more than guests. Ring should consider an ‘always on’ monitor to use for inside the home.

I love being able to watch what’s going on in the front of my house regardless of being home. Works great - I needed a wireless device on an older house and haven’t had trouble with it connecting wirelessly.

I don't have a wired doorbell so the battery feature is perfect for me. I have a second home under construction and it is amazing how many people come to inspect the project when I am not there. Now I get a notification, and a movie of them, wandering around my property.

Wish there wasn't a slight delay but I was warned about that by the employee before purchasing.

Still finding things this phone does. Went online to see a review and started to learn new tricks.. its a great phone but sometimes difficult to remember how to access various functions until you get used to it. A little heavy for the pockets and hard to hear unless you use a speaker.

This was a replacement for a previous Ring doorbell I used for 5 years. Due to the harsh climate it finally got a little erratic but continued to function OK so just decided to replace it. New one works fine.

We have multiple rental properties in various locations. We purchased the Ring to monitor them and it's been very helpful. The ability to live view, verbally respond to visitors and record activities helps us with security. Great product!

This is a good video doorbell. It doesn't need to be charged that often. We love get the notifications to our phone. The only complaint is once in a while it doesn't record and we are not sure why that happens.

Setup is basically straight forward. Camera can be a little touchy to vehicle traffic if your house is close to the street and you want to be able to detect people out in the yard, but the people only mode is a quick fix for that issue.

this is a good video doorbell but the internet will drop out from time to time. you will need to pay to keep your video also so you will need to check on that before buying. it's about 4 bucks a month or 30 bucks for a year.

This product works great for me. My house was recently broke into by someone kicking the door down. Now I can communicate immediately if someone does it again. I also have good view of whats going on in front of my house.

Installation was very easy. Make sure to charge doorbell fully before installing. There doesn't seem to be enough charge when it is hardwired to charge fully. But after installing at full charge, it keeps the charge just fine. Everything else works just as it should. Love it!

We live in interesting times. It's incumbent on you to take every precaution to protect your home while in the house and abroad. Ring gives you peace of mind and protects who and what you hold dear.

I purchased the Ring Doorbell as an impulse buy. However after a week, I realized that this was a great buy. I can't image not having this doorbell. The app is amazing and you will definitely feel more secure with this device.

The Ring camera comes in handy for days when I am not working from home. Also, it comes in handy when you are not home when a package gets delivered. I like that this camera with alerts me when someone is at my door. It was a great purchase.

Needed to call "help" number to get things set up, tech support was great, as usual is was my error. Tech stayed with me on the phone until everything was set up, tested, and confirmed that I knew how to use the Ring battery powered Wi-Fi doorbell.

I bought the $ 99.00 ring, The one I received is only 720 megapixels. The $199.00 is 1080 megapixels. Much better camera. The cheaper one is a blurry video.

Works well,we spend a lot of time on the back patio and need to be able to hear the front doorbell and even better we were out at a restaurant the other night and I was able to answer the doorbell and even see who it was

Its doesn't work good at night. I had several visitor and it didn't detect them. The customer service is very helpful. I believe that the newer version is best because the older version works with inferred which doesn't do while with Michigan weather. The newer takes a picture of the area and then detects a difference in a picture. So i have neighbors that has the newer version and love it. Haven't purchased yet because i had so many problem with getting this one to work. It also keep disconnecting from the app so i i had to take down a few times. ' I would recommend buying the newer version only if they make it the same price as the older one and just discontinue that one.
