Got for my parents. Definitely not as good as the ring pro as I have that one. Video quality only 720p but it’s still good enough to see how is at the door. This can run off battery or hardwired which is a plus.

I love my Ring doorbell so much I bought six more. Now my house is surrounded by this amazing device which works very well, so do the Ring flood lights. I highly recommend them, you won't regret your purchase!

FEEL MORE SAFE HAVING THIS AROUND TO NOTIFY MOTION AND GIVING ME A LIVE VIEW OF A SORT CLIP OF WHAT HAPPENED. BEING ABLE TO TALK THROUGH AND LISTEN HELPS WHEN AWAY AND NEEDING TO TELL SOMEONE SOMETHING THAT IS AT YOUR HOUSE.

We had originally bought a “Notifi” front door camera and it never worked, always had issues with it then we decided to switch to this Ring camera and we love it, we bought the Venetian bronze color and it looks great at our front door.

We love this it notifies us every time someone comes up to our door we live in a remote area so we are always concerned our packages will get stolen this will help us ensure that if we haven’t received a package we will know why

This ring is amazing, it catches every move in my front yard from a rat to a dinosaur, it only needs to be charged every 3-4 weeks and after your first 3 months it’s only $3 a month to keep the storage. Word to your mama!

This is a good product but you really need an open front door area if you really want to see as far as the street or driveway. Unfortunately my front porch area is small and surrounded by walls so visibility is limited.

I enjoy the doorbell. I only wish that there wasn't a delay. Ring was kind enough to send a free Ring Chime Pro but there is still a delay.

Constantly alerted of what is going on in my neighborhood. Battery lasts a long time so don’t have to constantly charge. Considering getting rid of my home security system that I pay for monthly and will purchase more Rings for my home

This ring doorbell is very nice! Not only does it alert you about any motion but you are able to view the video on your phone and talk to the person through your phone while viewing them at your door. I highly recommend this ring doorbell!!

It was a little to install but once it was done it works well. We can tell who is there and what they are doing. I would recommend it to a friend. We have had this since June but it took a bit to get it us.

Did not fit due to large size and could not be hardwired into doorbell wiring. Had to return, if they ever make one the size of a normal doorbell, I will buy one.

I had my brother install it for me. This is the best thing ever! I can see who's at my door even when I am not at home. I go to live view and check it out when I am away. I can talk to the person even when I am out of town and they will never know if I am home or not.

We did not have electricity at our front door, so this battery powered doorbell was a great option. Thus far, we only have to charge it once every 3-4 months. The video capture and ability to answer the door from a smart phone, anywhere in the world, are great features.

I got the ring doorbell in venetian bronze. I like that color better. For me, I think the videos are a little grainy. You have to pay an annual fee to be able to save the video recordings.

Awesome! I love the fact that I can see and talk to the person who has arrived from my phone. The only problem that i noticed is that if the person is not there for more than 30 seconds, you will not receive any notification on your phone.

The overall ease of install and usefulness of the Ring is five stars. Unfortunately, I should have reviewed it better because once your 30 day trial is over, you have to pay Ring to store videos. Yes, it’s a nominal yearly fee but nowhere does it say in any item description. If something were to truly happen and you don’t pay to play, you have nothing to go on with authorities. I can’t take it back either because it was installed on a brick wall and there are now screw holes. Really disappointed.

it doesn’t catch everyone approaching my door, I’ve tried to adjust everything. Sometimes it catches nothing but when I need to review something important is not there.

This is able to cover a very wide area. It’s quite sensitive andI appreciate the speed at which I am able to access the live view. At nights it’s a bit dark but that’s ok. I put something in place to counteract that limitation.

I bought this doorbell on Black Friday. The doorbell itself worked fine however, one of the screws to secure the door bell became stripped which caused me not to be able to mount the doorbell to the bracket. Customer service sent me a new doorbell without any hesitation and at no cost . I recived my new doorbell and everything was working fine up to a week ago. Know I am having problems reviewing live footage. I called customer service regarding this issue. The customer service representative tested the doorbell and experienced the same issues. I have received a ring chime router (again at no charge). Hopefully this will resolve the issue. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
