I like the idea of being aware of everything that goes on at my front door. I adjusted the sensitivity down to detect only large trucks. The live camera works. I would appreciate higher quality. You have to pay 3 dollars a month to record on the ring cloud.

For the most part, the product works. If the doorbell button is pressed, the device records movement beginning shortly after the button is pressed. If a person approaches the device but does not press the button, the recording always misses the period of time from when the motion started until about 10-15 seconds later, meaning that the device does not always record who or what tripped it. I have had this device installed for just over 1 month now and have not had the time to troubleshoot. I installed a new modem and router based upon a Best Buy salesperson recommendations to improve WiFi connectivity to the Ring doorbell, but the recording lag persists.

Very good product, I’ve been pleased with its performance. Only drawback was that it didn’t cover the opening for the doorbell completely. I ended up just mounting it to the doorbell plate. Looks great.

I really like the ring doorbell, it’s a great value. However the camera isn’t the best quality but still like it, maybe next time I will get the second generation with better camera resolution.

I have had this Ring doorbell for almost 2 years and I am satisfied with my purchase. Sometimes it doesn't catch all the activity, but I am satisfied with this product.

Since last year I started buying some products to convert my home into smart home. Ring doorbell was on my wish list from beginning. Finally I got it on BF and happy with my purchase. Now I can see when my parcel gets delivered with motion sensor.

I have ring camera hooked up all over the house. Easy app that everyone from the family can hookup to see who is at the front door. Gives me pics of mind while I’m away from home to see ho pa knocking

Does exactly what it says, great product. Would give it 5 stars but can't get it to stop alerting for wind. Minimal complaint, great quality picture but needs to make it clear before purchase u have to buy monthly cloud space.

This product is great. It's nice to know who's at the door before you answer it. I can also see what's going on at my house when I'm not home with the live view. It's been nice this month to see when packages have been delivered. Everyone should have this!

Love having this. It was a little more work to install as we needed to change a fuse in the breaker box to match what was needed . But perfect since it has been installled. Love being able to see who’s at the front door before they ring the bell.

Looking good and have been using this like 2 years now and nothing wrong. Only issue I got is that it's kind of slow to make notices to my phone, could be also Internet issue and not the device.

I love getting notifications on my phone when someone rings the doorbell, but Ring's motion sensing it too sensitive, so I had to turn it off. It would flag vehicles on the street which is 30 ft away, when set to 5 ft sensitivity.

My father-in-law had a Ring, always thought it was pretty cool. I bought one and it was a good purchase. Really cool to be notified of people showing up at your door and being able to see who's there and answer from anywhere.

Well battery life is not good that one has to remove it every month or two. It doesn’t trickle charge using the hardwired bells connection either.

System slow to ring my smartphone and audio was not responsive

The ring seems to be working great. I had to get a little help from the ring team to let me see the live view, but they were prompt. I was up and running in no time. I never miss a delivery; even when I'm next door. It's been so nice!

Very easy to install. Video quality is okay up close but blurry long distance. Battery lasts a month if you don’t go into live view too often. Going to buy more for my other doors!

So glad I bought this! I feel so much safer! Clarity is great and I love knowing when my house is being approached. This was recommended by the friend who suggested I get the Arlo and Ring and all of the smart bulbs. Works GREAT.
