Fit and Finish and and design are top's. Mounting Bracket has Gold flashed contacts that mate with main housing and is very well made. Camera Image is excellent along with voice from the unit back to your phone. The motion detector settings work well and the range and field of view are adjustable thru your phone and can be change at tap of a few button's Their is nothing I don't like about this unit. Yes....it is costly but you pay for what you get. Finally a well made product that has been thought out extremely well. Customer Phone support is in the USA and is very good with people that care. I would recommend this product to any one who wants front door security.

As a disabled Veteran, it is sometimes difficult for me to get up to answer the door. With the Ring camera doorbell, I can get rid of solicitors or allow friends in with my phone. Best Christmas present I bought for myself!

It is great to be able to see who is at your door and know whether it is the front or back door. They just need to refine the motion sensor. I had to turn that off in the back because others use the alley to get to their garages. Although the front road is about 30 feet away, I still occasionally get alerts when a car passes by my house. As I said, I do appreciate the safety and quality of this video doorbell.

This was very easy to install and works great. You need to have good wifi service for it to give you clear picture. I like that I can view live and see any activity at any time during the day. The battery life is not the best. We have our set to take photos every 15 mins and the motion zones are the widest possible range so it captures activity. I bought the solar charging station from the ring website and so far has been working great.

Basic video doorbell at a decent price. While it lacks the features of the Ring 2 or Pro it is $100 or more cheaper. Pros: Works well as doorbell, low price Cons: No record capability unless you sign up for paid storage

I love this doorbell camera. Easy installation, easy to set up and easy to use. Camera footage is really good, sound is good. Only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is cause of the app you have to download With this camera.Yes you can go on your computer but I'm mostly on my phone not a laptop or pc, so there's some features they are missing to improve the camera app.Sometimes the app has errors nothing major tho. But beyond that, very good camera, easy to use and worth it in my opinion.

It works as it should - many adjustments have to be made since the sun and wind will trigger the motion setting. If you live in a rural area consider this. Overall the Ring works for what I needed.

I LOVE this doorbell! It makes it so easy to know what's going on when you're away from home. I feel like the doorbell itself works as a security system. Any intruder that sees it is warned that they're under surveillance!

We ordered the Ring doorbell to know who is at our door when we are not able to come to the door or not at home. It works great. We can see who is there even if they don’t ring the doorbell. It is a great security measure.

This is such a great product. My neighbor had someone attempt to break into her house and this product took a clear picture of the suspect which she gave to the police and to our neighbor hood watch group. Highly recommend.

I’ve been wanting to buy one of this because we’re always on the go, very handy especially if your not home all the time, the ease of installing is really simple the live view is ok not HD that I’m expecting but it works ..

I have to charge my ring doorbell at least 3-4 times a month. I know other people that have one and they don't have to charge their bell that much. Even with the updates on it, for my money I am highly disappointed . Also, whenever I try to look at what occurred like important things, who is parking in my disability spot when did they park there , what time. Never any video of occurrences. It skips the important things. Not worth the money I paid.Next, if I am at work and someone rings my bell or comes to my door. It gives me notice but it takes forever to get to answer the door. By the time I am able to answer the person is gone. fully charged IPhone, to get a live view , it takes more than 5 minutes often. I did recommend it to a few friends that purchased it . I had to apologize to them. Most people will try something if I recommend it because they know me and my judgement of products.

This doorbell is a good security camera. I like that you don’t even need a working doorbell for this to work. And it works anywhere through your phone. Great security system with easy installation.

Installed this a week ago and my wife and I are really enjoying it. Set up was easy. Only one minor issue at this point is the motion sensor. Having a hard time getting it to go off at around the 10 feet distance. It either recognizes the traffic going by, which is about 30 feet + from the front door, or it goes off at about 3 feet from the door. I'm sure this will be fixed in an update or it could be me. Either way, not a big deal. Love being alerted when a package is delivered.

This is a real keeper. Affordable and convenient especially for those who cannot afford a monthly monitoring system with fees. We can answer the door for my elderly father without being there. Give it a try. You'll see.

I bought this doorbell for my apartment to replace a non-functioning doorbell. It is great! Pros: Easy set up Great App High quality video Cons: Doorbell chime is not loud Video quality dependent on wifi signal strength Archive videos are accessible only by subscription to Ring service I've had this doorbell for over a month now and I love it! I set up the doorbell myself in about 15 minutes and I am not handy. Buy it! You won't regret it.

I didn't realize how good the Ring doorbell was until I had one. Buy one, and trust me you will love it. 1. It took longer to unbox this than to install it on my wall. 2. Included all the tools (except drill) that you need. A drill bit, wall anchors and screws, as well as a small snap in level to make sure you get the Ring leveled. 3. The app is beyond amazingly easy to use, very customizable for sensitivity and notifications. 4. Connected seamlessly to my Smartthings hub!

I use this for airbnb emergencies and light security for seeing who comes and goes. Guests have had no issue contacting me if they arrive when I'm away from home and can't figure out how to unlock the door. I like that I can speak to them through the camera rather than me having to call them back. For security, it's nice that there are zones, but I've found it to be a little bit too sensitive. it grabs passing cars on the street even on the lowest setting. The battery life is better than expected. I've had it installed for two weeks and the battery is still at 98%. That's pretty amazing for a $100 device. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. I may even get another for the front door.

I bought this for my new house because my dad likes his. I really like it, but it took a week to get it to work correctly.

You need to buy the yearly (or monthly) service to get the most out of this product. Without the service it's just an expensive doorbell button. Having subscribed to the yearly service, which in my own opinion is cheap, it works just like it should. I love to see who's coming and going. At times, I should say, there can be a slight delay from when someone rings the bell, to when it appears on your mobile device. It's not immediate, if that's what anyone is expecting.
