This product was not what I was expecting. You have to buy a monthly plan to be able to watch previous camera footage, if you don't you can only see the camera when someone rings the door or there is movement.

This is a great security method & a way to watch what’s going on in front of your house if someone comes knocking or delivering packages you don’t want stolen. They make for great gifts.

Ring products are a great safety addition to any home, the app and monitoring is second to none. The inter one feature has come in handy while out of town several times!

this is my second door bell. I was not sure about using the battery since my side door didn't have power source going to it. but battery last about 5 months before I needed to recharge it. I t works well.

Can view my front door at real time whether to check for packages, see who’s at the front door or get alerts for what’s happening in the area. I purchased one for front and back food.

works well, records well, my only issue is in the day time where there is sun light the background is washed out you cannot see if someone is several feet away. If only there was a way to adjust the contrast.

I bought the original and it lasted several years but maybe the rain and snow got to it. It stopped working. So I replaced it with a newer one. I’d still rather have a Ring than one if the knockoffs.

Unfortunately I could not put this where my old doorbell was because there wasn't enough space and my internet connection was not strong enough as it was at the back of the house and the signal did not reach

I love this device I wish I had spent a few more dollars for the latest version the video is blurry on this late model but it works and you can tell who is on your camera.

Kept questioning if I remembered to shut my garage door. Purchased this to put in garage. Now when I question if I shut my door I just look at my ring app. Great purchase for a piece of mind.

Had some challenges getting a second device accepted and had to call customer service. They were very helpful but it still took a couple calls to get it right. Got different directions from 2 different reps.

I found I had problems with signal strength from my wifi but that was not a problem with the camera. I will buy more such products once I get a new router with more power.

Still figuring out how to use it but its great that it has lots of options. So far I like it. Wish the camera resolution was better but good enough.

The doorbell itself is great, it could use a better camera, but it’s fine for right at the door. Also Ring charges a fee if you want to be able to review your videos later.

This video doorbell gives me the peace of mind that my home and family are safe while I am away, but make sure your range is set up correctly or you will be getting notifications every time a car drives by.

Fish eye lens watches my front porch. Alerts to my iPhone when motion walks in front and FaceTime calls my phone when someone presses the doorbell. Overall I recommend this to anyone who wants some security at your front door.

Very slow to start the live video. Fairly easy install but $3/mo membership to keep cloud recording is a bit disappointing since the live feed is so mediocre.

Easy to connect and worked right away. However sometimes I get notified 5 seconds after someone was at my door. Experiencing a delay in notification despite having the wifi booster.

I love this door camera. I love the ease of being able to see when packages are delivered to my door. Its worth the buy. Battery last about a month before recharging which is great.

They advertise that the battery will stand for 6 months, but after 3 months battery is only standing for 20 odd days and each and every time I contact their CS they are updating the firmware and the story is going on in loop for 3 months. You better go for some other brand then buying this. Its not worth the money. And also its not detecting movements sometimes.
