Sometimes it takes a minute to catch up with someone at my door to see that person. I wish it had a faster response time. I own 2 Ring and they are handy for common life.

The price is good and it works as advertised. Wish I should have gone for 1080P unit, but this also works okay. Price is good during holiday season

Honestly, I love the ring. It’s great to know what goes on at my front door when I’m not around or how the mailman delivers our package. I have bought this doorbell 4 times for gifts and they all loved it. A must buy!

Overall a great product. Only issue we have is that the video can delay sometimes and has a hard time connecting to the mobile app. Would definitely reccomwnd if you are looking for basic home security.

Pricey for just a basic security camera. Doesn’t connect to the camera right away when someone is ringing the doorbell. I’m thinking of returning it and may try another product. Not very happy.

Works amazing, options are good to set motion detection range which is very important if ur house is in front of the street like mine.

I had a problem with my original Ring doorbell and had to replace it. This one works perfectly and is much faster than the original one. Can talk to visitor within seconds of them ringing.

Absolutely love the Ring product. You are able to instantly see and even communicate with the person outside your door. Definitely a must for any homeowner

The only thing is that sometimes someone can come up to your door and come up too fast the the camera starts recording when they’re leaving and all you get is their back.

This is the second doorbell I’ve installed. At my backdoor, using battery not wired. Works perfectly. Added as a device to the WiFi doorbell extender/chime. Easy, only wish I’d done this when they first came out!

Since it works on 2.4ghz which is what some of my other accessories use it hardly connected with a good signal. I returned it and opted for the pro version which uses 5ghz.

took a whole year of using it for it to figure out it was hardwired in ... sigh .. works when it wants but when it does work its a god send

We were very disappointed in this product as it didn't work in the cold weather at all. We returned this product the same time another customer 2 people ahead of us in line was returning the same product too as it wasn't functioning properly. Unfortunate as we were very excited when first installed and worked, but it had issues fairly quickly.

Good product but the motion sensing picks up a lot of small insignificant motion. Play with the motion zone settings to cut down on seeing every car that drives past.

I enjoy being able to see who is ringing the door bell or the motion sensor that can be adjusted. Once in a while it will not activate the motion or door button. Overall new technology that is fun to have

Purchased this for my mother-in-law who lives home alone. Great for her to be able to monitor her front door while not home. And also while home so she knows who is at her front door before answering.

The ring door bell is better than I ever imagined. I like knowing who is coming to my door. I like that it records and your neighbors share things that are happening in the neighbor hood.Great buy

We needed to replace our doorbell anyway and caught this on sale and are very please with it. You always know when someone is at your front door, even when your not home. Great for making sure your delivered packages are safe.

After looking at the different versions I purchased this and have been very happy with it. The video quality is very good, even at night. It's easy to control (the motion sensors, etc).
