This bell works great and gives the viewer the opportunity to see who’s at the door before opening it. Wish it came with free cloud storage, but the opportunity is there if you want to pay for it.

I like the fact that it rings on your phone when motion detected or when button pushed. I also like that it is a camera with two way communication. A really great addition to my home security.

super cool device mine is 820 resolution which i knew when i bought it but to do it again i would go with 1080 resolusion other than that its plenty worth the price

These thing aren't worth the headache. I had mine hooked up via a doorbell wiring, I don't understand the point of a rechargeable, removable doorbell? I wish I got something that used Cat6 etc. Even the latest Wi-Fi routers aren't as reliable as copper. Just pay an electrician to do the job probably. They can recommend better products that are clear and wont cut out do to signal problems

This doorbell is great for seeing who is outside of door like the two way speaker.only thing I don’t like we have to buy a plan to see videos the only complaint

Someone rang the bell at 2am the other night while they were intoxicated. We were able to convince them to just move along since this wasn't the house they were looking for. All of this without leaving a warm bed!

For the most part, it works as it should. I have a little trouble with the camera not coming on and showing me who is at the door when I am away from the house. It might be a connection issue.

I like the fact that ring creates a local online community, and we can share video with our neighbors to make everyone aware of potential threats. I wish everyone in my neighborhood had one of these.

Great for extra security. How ever it seems every few weeks I have to reset it. As it quits sending me notifications. And when I rang the doorbell to test it my phone didn't go off until 3 minutes later.

I love my ring doorbell security camera. It is just great. I love all of its awesome features like live view, motion alerts, motion sensitivity adjustment, doorbell noise, night view and many others!

This doorbell does exactly as it says; it rings when someone comes to the door or their is motion within a certain range of the doorbell. I have also been away from home and was able to see and talk with someone at my front door.

It was easy to install and makes my front door so much more secure. I had an issue getting the app to work. I called customer service and they walked thru the problem until they solved the issue. Great customer service BTW.

I’ve changed motion sensitivity so many times but the lag time is horrible. It would go off but the person already left the door. Sometimes, whoever is coming over is already inside the house then the alert would go off.

This is a great product. I live in an apartment building that does not have doorbells. Even though I don't have security concerns, it's nice to know that it's there if needed.

The picture is not near the quality they show on commercials. Up close is good picture anything further than 10-12 feet not able to see due to brightness during the day

We are REALLY pleased with our Ring! This device is SO helpful and truly enhances our home! This thing is as much a security feature as it is a doorbell. The motion sensors work great. I'm very happy with this product!

I wanted a way to answer the door without opening my self up to possible violence........makes it a lot easier to get rid of door to door sales people.

This product is really close to perfect, but just not quite there. The idea is great, execution not yet... The installation took forever. The doorbell just did not want to get synched up with our network. Once we finally got it up and running, there is a serious lag time to access the video feature. By the time you open the notification that someone is at your door, and open the app, so much time has passed that you can't see anyone there. An added plus is that everyone that comes to the door recognizes that the doorbell has a camera, so that enhances to security...

This doorbell works great! My only issue is the time it takes to focus, about 30 seconds after someone rings the doorbell, other than that it's awesome!

It does exactly as was advertised. The only complaint I have is that it can get delayed to your smart phone over a slow network, Also the bright sun will block out anything over 15 feet from the camera.
