This video doorbell works great. However, I wired it up to my existing doorbell and now my doorbell doesn't work. I did add it to all of my Alexa's and use that instead. Awesome product!

I got this for my boyfriend, and he is happy with this product. It doesn't always catch all the activities, but all in all he is satisfied.

It makes us feel safer. We didn't buy the protection plan, but it integrates well with our Alexa and I can view in real time. Need the plan to see past dates.

Has a great recording clear n alerts you when loud noises occur. I really like the two way you are able to respond to who ever is near the door or rings the doorbell n being able to see who comes to the door when away from home

great product prefer it over the google door bell. You will need to turn the sensitivity down on it or it will pickup everything except what your actually wanting.

Love the Ring Doorbell system. We purchased it before vacation to watch if the house was safe and also to spy on the dog walker. Haha. Works like a charm, holds charge for over a month.

We have an alarm system but didn't have a doorbell, this was a great pickup. It covers an angle with the camera that my surveillance didn't, plus acts as a doorbell with motion sensor. Absolutely love it and recommend it.

Perfect for the reason I purchased it, what's even better is that there is a while "Ring" community where other Ring users in the same neighborhood can report suspicious activity to their neighbors.

The Ring doorbell is simple to install works quite well. Setting up the camera’s motion sensitivity is rather easy because a built in wizard walks you through the process step by step.

Have had the ring for over a year now, continues to work well. Impressed by the range of the ring. We were out of the country and had a conversation with a friend at our front door.

Tried to use it at backdoor of our warehouse, but wifi signal was not strong enough so I had to return it. I have had one st home for over 2 years. It recently failed so they sent me a new one.

Great deal on a good video door bell. The only problem is a weak wifi so will probably need a wifi extender also. Works ok but is a little intermittent and shows weak wifi.

Wife has been wanting one for awhile. Easy set up and hardwired to house. Don't have to worry about charging. Picture quality is ok. Would be worth getting better camera.

Nice product too have between you and the pesky door to door sales people. Interact with them and answer the door if and when you want to. Hooked right up to existing doorbell wire and linked with wifi easily.

This doorbell is great. I purchased an additional Ring camera for my porch. I like the connection with neighbors so we can share events and stay informed.

The initial response time is never the same dont know if its the WiFi. But It has hang ups. Other than thst pretty sound device.

Cool product for its price. Happy I got it for security and convenience for when I am not home to answer the door. Downfall is the needed subscription to record and save videos.

Great quality. Clear sounds and recordings. Only downfall there sometimes a lag receiving notifications. That could be caused by my internet speed, but for the most part love it.
