Allows me to be at work and be able to access both ring cameras and check my homes security status. It also gives me alerts constantly of any motion or any alerts on my surrounding neighborhood.

Bought this for a older friend of ours, she loves being able to see who is at her front door. She needed help installing it and Best Buy was able to help her. She has been happy with her purchase.

I really enjoy this product I like being able to see outside and don't have to go to my door when people arrive on my property and just the feature that u can answer from any location

I love my ring doorbell camera. I guess live view and notifications. It is definately a piece of mine to keep track of who is near or visiting.

Not so great. I ended up returning due to the picture clarity. It’s not that great at all. Go with the doorbell 2. And save yourself some time and money.

I already owned a ring that I bought from ring.com but wanted to gift a family member with this amazing product and Best Buy had it for an amazing price with a free gift included!!

One of my coworkers has one and started telling me about all the functions it has and what it does,then he brought his phone out and showed it to me after seeing it I went down and purchased one it's a great product!!

very useful product, door bell and camera in same item. only place i stuck is cloud storage, no option to use memory card. otherwise i might given 5 start. but I liked it very much.

This is also a great product this is the second one we have bought the first one we dropped and scratch the lens and there is no way to repair that so we really like this one

Our son was gifted this item for a housewarming gift and we loved how it worked so much we had to go get our own. We love the idea of being able to see who is at our front door even when we are not home. Definitely an asset.

The camera was really good but it kind of defeats the purpose of having one because I couldn’t really see much

great product. Love the notifications and how it works. Wish you didn't have to pay a monthly fee to access videos that you don't capture as you get the notice, but still very happy with the ring doorbell.

good pics, but i'm not sure that its capturing all that approach the door. i'm still experamenting and learning.

It’s great to be able to see who is outside your door from wherever you are! The only thing I wish I knew is that there’s a monthly subscription cost to be able to keep Ring’s recordings.

I bought this as a gift for my parents. They order a lot of packages from amazon, so this lets them keep an eye on their stuff when it is delivered and they are away from home.

For the last 5 years ups and fed ex have lost many of our packages. When we complained the say the GPS. shows they delivered it to the correct address, now with our ring they are busted

I am taking care of my mother has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. This device is a proven to be Invaluable so that I can monitor her every day activity and care.

The hype surrounding this product had me on the edge of my seat when I saw it come up for $69. But once I purchased I was left very disappointed. The device is very easy to install but the camera quality is horrible. The focus is no where close to High Definition. My mailbox sits about 30 ft from where my camera is installed and I can’t see it due to the focus DEFINTELY would say save your money

Works as described, but the delay on recording needs work and the night vision needs better quality.

Did not work with my doorbell neat to have would have been. Ice to know there was a fee attached to monitor!
