Bought this as a Christmas gift for my parents at first they were reluctant too use it but after everything was Downloaded and they were able too see it. They love it..

This has been great since working from home we can see who is there but we also love to see how packages are delivered and make sure no one has come to take them.

Works really great, and helps keep the salespeople away. Has some minor bugs with android phones however. If it worked better with android I would give 5 stars.

We love our ring doorbell! Definitely a great buy. It is nice to be able to see who is at your door and be able to communicate with them when you not home.

I didn't have a doorbell and wanted one. With this unit I not only have a doorbell, but another tool to add to my home security. It works as expected and the oil rubbed bronze looks great with our distressed front door.

This is the second Ring doorbell bell I have purchased. This one is for my daughter. Here is a neighborhood setting where other people in your area can post possible suspects in the area.

This video doorbell is great. I can see who is at the door, before they get to my porch. The speaker gives me the convenience of talking without leaving my chair

The Ring Doorbell detects motion and notifies you when someone rings the bell. The only trouble I had was getting my internet to work correctly. So I had to get a special add on to get Internet to the doorbell

Installation was really easy. I have had zero problems with the device. It works just as advertised. Videos quality is supposed to be 720hd, it's not perfectly clear, but it's good enough.

Easy setup for ring doorbell.. I already have the ring motion sensor, was able to pair, great connectivity, only complaint is 30 second recording time but hoping Ring changes that soon

When it works it's great. Live view very glitchy. Mostly black screen. My coworker has same problem. Battery life is ok.

Don’t really like the the battery life. Wish they had better options for power.

My only problem is my router is more then 25-30 ft from doorbell. I need to get the extender and its another $50. Have to safe up for that one. Unless I can use my rewards toward purchase and I will come get one.

For starters, I had to get a wi-fi extender to get it to work, but only after contacting Ring customer service for help. The motion alarm went off every time a truck went past (we're in a new housing development, so lots of trucks in the area). However, the first two or three seconds of the video showed only a white blur due to the white house across the street. By the time the exposure corrected itself, the item in motion was no longer in the visible area. If I worked in the yard, it would pick up my motion after I was there for several minutes, but it didn't record the motion for the entire time I was there - only about 45 to 50 seconds - then shut off. When I used the key to enter my door, the motion detector sounded after I was already inside, and did not capture my entry at all. When someone came to the door and rang the bell, it did not detect the motion, and the camera did not show anything for a few seconds after I accepted the ring. The image of the person was so distorted that I could not identify the person. I tried several adjustments as per instructions and gave it a full 30 day trial. This unit would not have any benefit in identifying any person or suspicious activity, so it fails to provide me any security. I am not happy with this unit and would not recommend it to anyone.

First month for recording is free, after that they charge you a small amount yearly. The battery runs low so you have to remove it and charge it. Otherwise it’s Great!

Works good enough to be useful. Video quality not so good at times and minor glitches which could also be as a result of the distance from my wifi router and the doorbell. Motion detection also works great. Person standing at door sometimes has trouble hearing my voice. This could also be a result of the wifi connection. I would definitely recommend. But I would also recommend that if you can then go for the higher priced model which supposedly should be a better version.

Terrible delay in system. I can get inside and upstairs most times before it notifies me someone is at the door.

Great for back door, as not many people come to the back. We put the Pro on the front. This doorbell is only 720p & can't do a live view unless it's connect to wiring, like the Ring Pro.
