This doorbell is perfect, there was a recent update that notifies you with a small picture to give you a quick look at whats going on at your door!

Absolutely love this. I know that there’s someone in my front yard before they even get to the door. The range and sensors worth tremendously.

I bought this ring for the garage. The Pro one is on the front door. It works great for when the garage is open, or when someone opens the garage.

Good quality and works just like advertised. Doorbell camera has pretty good resolution and the app allows you to adjust the range so it picks up just what you want to see and record.

I am not impressed with this. We have had people literally on our porch and the motion dectection doesn't record them. Mailman comes every day and the motion detection doesn't go off, but it picks up cars going down the road. We have adjusted the motion settings every which way and still have this issue

The Ring Doorbell does a prolific job as a security doorbell. The motion senses are a bit buggy at times but the integration with my Alexa devices is neat.

Had a car stolen and went all out for home security. This is a very nice smart doorbell for people trying to keep up with smart home electronics.

I was excited to buy this and really wanted to like it so I ignored the negative reviews and went ahead and got it. My main issue with it is the inconsistency in detecting objects or people . I played with the settings for 2 weeks and nothing. Also when it would trigger and start recording 9 times out of 10 I would get the persons back because it started recording too late. I also wanted to add im running a nighthawk router arguably one of the best with the 150mbps speed tier which is the highest in my area.

Slow response from the door bell to the phone, by the time I get the alerts they are gone.

This doorbell is very convenient ! I and my family don't have to see through the peephole or through the window everytime that someone rings our doorbell.

I have been wanting to get the ring video doorbell but was not sure how well it would actually work. It has exceeded my expectations and now I dont know how I did without it.

I feel much more secure having the ring doorbell. The only downfall is the night vision is a little grainy. I might have to upgrade to the newer version.

The camera can be quit sensitive at times. When cars drive by it sets it off so you may want to narrow your sight distance

Love my ring doorbell! Been using it for a while with no issues. Have been able to answer calls from anywhere as long as I have wifi or internet access. Solid product, satisfied customer here...

Works okay in the daytime. Picks up motion maybe as far as 100 feet away. The video is herkyjerky. I know it doesn't record everything but it shows the mailman walking to the door, then there's a break and he's walking away. Not really useful for identifying someone unless they camp on your doorstep. The night video is awful. I walked up to the porch and had to wave my hand inches from the thing to get a response. It's entertaining and better than nothing but not a great security debice.

Ring Video Doorbell is a must have in this day and times I can view who pulls into our driveway and who is at the door and talk to them.

this is great. got lots of options for chimes. motion detector. you can even watch videos from your neighbors. i saw someone not pick up after their dog. i know who did that too.. eyes everywhere.

It is a great use of modern technology. You can customize settings and it automatically saves a portion of every "motion" sensed and automatically records actual doorbell usage/communication.

I love my ring door bell!! It pairs with my Alexa device and comes in handy. Now I’m considering buying another ring camera to install above my garage!!

My wife really wanted me to buy one of these as she works out in a gym in our basement and can't hear the doorbell. She loves it. I like it because it alerts me remotely when no one else is home.
