First helped a friend to watch his place from my house and I loved mine more everyday and I did customer support for help to set up initially but it amazing

If you can spare the funds, get the latest generation. Cam quality Is not too great, especially if it’s under any type of covered porch area. A wedge kit did not work for me and there are a lot of motion alerts if a leaf moves in a tree. Any security is better than nothing though .

love this. I wish I would have gotten it sooner. had issue with it disconnecting a few times initially but hasn't been an issue since.

Great product although the only complaint I have is with setting the sensitivity. Still trying to get it to a decent setting...

Love it. I wish I'd done the 1080p camera instead, though. This one works great but sometimes the video quality isn't the greatest.

I really do like how I can see and talk to whom is at my door without opening the door or not home. I do wish it had a volume control on the sound.

I read reviews and even watched some you tube videos prior to purchasing. Purchased the ring pro because of the way my door faces roadway. Installation was not plug and play. There were install issues and the customer support is not up to par. Once I got figured out seemed to work. Motion sensor on pro works best. Not happy that to see past stored events one needs to subscribe to monthly service. Vendor could have included a micro SD card in design. Nickel and dime stuff.

Love that it alerts me when there is motion at my front door but also keeps me informed about what’s is going on in the neighborhood when you join it

I know there’s many choices for home monitoring devices but this item ranks right there. Paying the $3 per month is worth it to keep the recordings!

We haven't had our computer guy over to hook up the Ring. We bought it after our neighbor got one. The price was amazing! Can't wait to see it!

Simple enough to install but admittedly the settings became a little annoying. I don't need to know when every car passed my house.

Big fan of the Ring Doorbell. Everything about it is great. Only thing I wish were different is the volume at which people can hear you. Could be a bit louder.

What a great product! So handy with Live View now! Don't make the mistake we did of installing it directly on the door (we did it because other areas on frame get too much sun).

Product worked in five minutes, works great I can talk to my peeps from anywhere and the video quality is awesome. My neighbors want to get one of their own

This device is great for seeing who goes to your door, and it’s nice that you can check it from your phone and you can respond to a visitor with audio using your phone.

Highly recommend in this day and age and if you have kids. Be sure to sign up for the neighborhood program it is extremely helpful.

I wasn't aware this door bell had so many features. I love it because it makes me so aware of my personal surroundings. This is the one!

I love it! However, sometimes there's a delay in notifying you someone is in front of the door. It's nice how you can talk to whoever is in front of the door.
