I love this doorbell. We use it while we are downstairs and normally can't hear the doorbell. The doorbell alerts our phone and we can not only see, but talk to the person that is at our front door.

We have been looking at video doorbells for a month. When this one went on sale we decided to give it a try. Very impressed and easy to use. We are going to buy the security light with video camera now.

Simple too install and detailed instructions walk you through. After connecting unit , worked like a charm. Resolution is more than adequate Terrific addition to the security of your home. A must have.

Couple of good things 1. Its sensor works like a charm- no lags. 2. Video/Audio clarity is too good. From the app, you can listen to the smallest sounds on the other side 3. Installation and initial setup is super easy. Just follow the instructions. What I would like to have feature is you cannot force the app to start camera meaning you cannot turn on the live camera when you want, only if there is a motion it allows you to do so.

Very easy to install! And, I'm an almost 50 yr old woman. I live in a condo and deliveries are frequently left at my door. Still learning how to use the iPhone setting for motion. So far I like it.

Extremely easy to connect and install. It does exactly what I need it to do. Overall a great product.

Got this for my birthday and so happy about it. Install was easy with clear instructions. Have the ability to see my front door, package deliveries and anyone snooping around. I totally recommend this to anyone with a doorbell or who needs a doorbell. Also recommend the wireless chime because it doesn't come with anything audible if you have a wireless doorbell. Hooks into an existing wired doorbell, but we didn't have that. Basic set up only gives notifications on your phone.

You can't put a price on peace of mind; however, knowing that our home is always protected when we are away is priceless! The Ring system of products are so easy to install & use. The clarity of the video is very good. Using the app remotely is another great feature of this product. We love it so much, we've decided to add additional Ring products to our home security system!

I love having a video doorbell. It's great to see who is at your door even when you aren't home. I've been able to talk to the mail carrier when I was out and had a package safely left with a neighbor.

Outstanding security options for anyone who doesn’t want an actual alarm. Your able to monitor your surrounds up to 30 feet. Receive notification whenever someone is in the perimeter of the ring door.

This product is awesome!! Ring took steps to make this a simple step by step video and manual for your installation. They even provide a level and a mini screwdriver to get the job done. Well done!!!

Easy to install, delivers on promises. Love the product! Only downside is the 5+ second wait to see the person at the door in video, my wifi is good so this was unexpected, but not a major deterrent.

I am glad I did not purchase the more expensive versions. The Video quality is fine and it's super sensitive. Had a little trouble getting it to use Alexa to chime when anyone used it, but I was able to get it figured out. Hard wiring it to the existing doorbell wiring was easy and saves me the trouble of having to charge the battery. Getting it for $69 made it an easy decision.

We love our ring doorbell. It’s great for security and keeping track of deliveries. The install if fairly easy. Just make sure the width of the casing fits where you’re current doorbell is located.

Easy to install. Camera is clear. I wish they could find some way to take the roundness out of the viewer and make the video fill the whole screen. I love it other than that.

I gave the ring spot light and not the door bell. The spot light camera looks better on the phone than the ring door bell. But this is first gen . Maybe the 2 gen is better.
