I purchased this video camera doorbell for my mother and she loves it. She gets an alert when someone’s at her door even when they don’t ring the bell.

Have enjoyed the ring doorbell, has not let me down. Only thing, which is good and bad, picks up every little thing, insects and all

It holds a charge pretty good.. I wish the connecting would happen quick when the door bell rings.. But my internet may have a lot do with that.

It looks good on the house, and most visitors are impressed. My video logs are mostly trucks driving by. When I do get valid alerts, the video I get most often is people back at the curb getting into a vehicle (after they rang the bell, waited, and left). I know there are handshake and signalling times, but the system overall typically isn't fast enough for real life. For background info, I'm on a 100mb network, and speedtest at my front door shows ~50mb. Overall, meh.

This is a great doorbell the sensor sees anyone coming towards your door. It's great that you can talk back to whoever is at your door. Great product.

Only get your ring from Best Buy when is the best door security you can get in if you go to Best Buy to get a really good price on it you got should always go to Best Buy

Connect from a laptop and not an Android 7 device. Android helps too much and disconnects. Also, fully charge it before connecting to doorbell power.

I bought it intending to use as a doorbell but it works great as a security camera, the motion sensor is great, but resolution could be better

Love this product. I was able to see when packages were delivered to my front door while I was at work. I even knew when my children got home from school. Highly recommend

This allows us to be at home even when we aren't. We are able to see the deliver people leave our package. I can't imagine life without it.

I loved mine so much that I got this for my daughter as a gift. She is often gone from home so she can keep track of her Amazon parcels.

This is well made, easy to install. The only thing I would say is that it does not handle sunlight very well. During the day the video sometimes gets washed out.

I was getting color pictures, but now they are black and white, not very pleased about that. Also does not work without a paid subscription.

My only complaint is that you have to sign up for service to have access to any past video. But otherwise it works

Easy to install but I found the that I had issues connecting l. Called support and they were nice and got everything figured out

I bought the Ring doorbell and so far it has been serving its purpose. I am glad for my purchase. Its a basic doorbell and camera but it works great.

Keeps you in the know every time someone shows up at your door. No more guessing if your package has arrived. It’s a must have!

It was very easy to hard wire install and works beautifully. Only issue is the picture quality is not as clear as I would have thought.

I love this ring we can connect to our neighbors and crime in our area. I am taking about 5 to 15 miles. It shows the area and crime .
