Love this doorbell! Pro has to be hardwired but original 1st gen can be hardwired or wireless. Daf recommend this !! Daf get the protection plan

Purchased two for our home. We liked them so much, we purchased one for our son and his family. The doorbells work great, packing and customer service are exceptional.

The ring doorbell is incredible. You may need someone to hard wire it but it is worth it. Don't know why we waited so long to get one.

It has been nice owning this ring doorbell, although the definition on the camera is really bad.

Great device for peace of mind for home security. The images have been clear and easily able to identify people that ring the doorbell or trigger its motion sensor.

Got the 1st edition and it’s great. You do have to pay a $3 monthly fee to sqve videos but not a deal breaker if you choose not to.

Got it with the Nest lock, very easy install, works great, maybe a little too sensitive to movement but that can be adjusted in settings

Unfortunately we live in an area where fast internet is not readily available. It didn’t work for us. Usually just saw a black screen.

Sceptical at first but after installing and testing, I love it, we spent a week in Arizona, and our house is in California, we were alerted when motion activated

Awesome device, picks up a lot of passing cars even on lowest setting but certainly gets the job done and great deterrent for those prowling

This door bell has a great idea but doesn't always deliver. My husband set this up and hard-wired it. It does not ring thru our old soundbox, so I always have to have my phone on me. Also, when I look on the app, on my phone, sometimes it will just circle or be completely black, which defeats the purpose of seeing who is at the front door. We have reached out to Customer service via phone and email, but have yet to get a response or resolution.

Doorbell was easy to install and works great with the ring app. The image quality is good as well. Motion alerts seem to be accurate as well.

I love this so much I purchased another. I prefer to have it wired instead of always having to charge it.

Live view feed is not available unless the Ring doorbell is hardwired to existing doorbell power supply.

Ring delivers out of the box. Also customer service is there to help you with any and all problems. I can look in on my house any time. A must have for anyone.
