Camera works very well. Motion sensor can be tricky to adjust. Easy to install

This is absolutely great. Best invention ever. I am very happy with it. Can't wait to get the internal/external cameras as well. Ah, and don't forget the ring! :)

So far, so good. The initial setup was understandable. I have not experienced any problems yet. I bought the extended warranty just in case something extraordinary happens.

Ring door is a big help this holiday season being able to know when your packages arrive and I have had no issues being able to see the picture very clear along with sound.

My wife had been asking for a camera to see who's at the door forever now so I couldn't help but pick this up on sale. The installation was a cakewalk and only took about 30 minutes if that. The camera quality is good and met my expectations considering it isn't the pro model. It's nice to be able to access it from anywhere and communicate if needed through the app. All in all I'm extremely satisfied and as the saying goes, happy wife happy life.

Extremely easy to install. Very easy to configure. Reliable operation. Lacking integration with home automaton systems like SmartThings or Echo. Lacking remote access to live camera feed.

The best security camera ever. I used to pay a security monitoring company, I had many false alarms, with this ring I always know who is at my door. I can talk to them, direct them, and see them. I have since canceled my monitoring service and no false alarms. I have them at all doors and inside the house. I love to always know what it going on.

This is some doorbell. You can see and talk to anyone at your door. It even records everyone who rings your doorbell. Feel safe with Ring. Glad I purchased it on Black Friday, I don’t regret it.

It is difficult to install on the brick walll. The device sometimes too sensitive and it turns on even when no one is even near the door. But overall it is a good design.

Really good product, clear picture. A little slow connecting to the ring, but we love the way we can always be home, even when we are not.

Had Geek squad install this product and Dustin was the installer. He did a great job and was very personable & knowledgeable. Product is great and works as advertised. Good price for security.

We’ve had several packages taken from doorsteps in our neighborhood. Nobody with a ring doorbell has had issues. Camera quality is grainy at times but good for the price

The Ring Smart Video Doorbell has worked well so far. Unfortunately there was no available Low power source. Thus, it is workinng on the internal battery at this point.

This device does everything it says it will do. No problems installing or using. However, I would suggest this unit over the "Pro" version even though the Pro version has a much better camera. This versions camera isn't quite so good but good enough for most uses. I would highly suggest hard wiring this unit for constant charging. Other I know who do not have it wired for power find the constant re-charging a real pain.

I bought this ring door bell after doing a lot of research among other products. I am very delighted that I chose the Ring door bell. It works very well, the picture quality is very good.

We bought this because it was on sale and had been wanting a video doorbell. When we opened the product, it was already used. Came with dust already on the included drill bit. The product works great, but the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because after a 30 day trial period you have to start paying an annual fee if you want to have the record option continue. Ours started with 24 days, assuming that was because someone else had already opened, used and returned the item. Not worth going back to the store because they only had one left. Best Buy should really be checking the boxes of returned merchandise.

I purchased and installed both a ring doorbell and this floodlight. It's been about a week now in full operation. I pay for 50mbps speed internet, but I'm actually getting closer to 5. This is a huge issue as both my Ring products are not working that well. The doorbell in the front has a major issue with the sound quality, and it's impossible to actually speak to someone who is at your door to the quiet. It's not adjustable, so that feature just plain does not work. Rumor is the Doorbell Pro has an even smaller speaker making the problem worse. The doorbell is less than 10 feet from my WIFI router. The camera is also a bit choppy and freezes occasionally. One time already in the first week of operation, someone rang my doorbell and all that was captured was a pure black image. It doesn't really give me confidence that it will work if someone tried to steal a package or break-in. The floodlight has issues because it is farther away from my WIFI router, although it's still less than 50 feet from my router and should be perfectly within range. The floodlight camera freezes....a lot. I mean every day and every motion detected. It catches frozen images about 5 seconds apart. It's spotty and choppy at best, and the sound coming out of the speaker is not at all audible. The backyard of my property is adjacent to the interstate wall, so both Ring devices capture a ton of traffic background noise which cuts in and out and makes the devices sound like a dial-up modem trying to connect. Before purchasing any Ring products, I would suggest verifying your internet speed AND checking your router/WIFI strength at exact locations where the cameras will be placed. I am still considering returning the Flood Light but will likely keep the doorbell. I'm also annoyed that I now need to try troubleshooting my internet speed and my router signal strength. Everything else in my house works perfectly fine and even devices inside the home that are much farther away seem to stream 4K video just fine.

Picked this up at Black Friday savings. It was a snap to hookup to existing doorbell. Setting up device was easy. Interesting to see how much traffic my street has. Recommend to everyone.

Works great. Like being able to see who’s at the door when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to get up. Great for screening your guests and the neighborhood kids who you don’t want to talk to.
