Hard to set up but very convenient once up- an added sense of security at home

The camera needs to be able to be adjusted tor lighting conditions. Sound needs to be adjusted for consistancy. It fades in and out.

The installation was super easy and it works so well! It gives me peace of mind to be able to see who is at my front door before answering. Great product!

WiFi only ring doors bell, although it is great for first timers. Nice resolution as well! Would recommend.

Got it for $100 such a great deal and I feel at ease having this... Video quality isn't the best but not needing to wire it up is a plus.

I like it . What I don’t like is you have to pay a yearly price to views past rings if you don’t catch them immediately.

For being 1st generation the ring is a good quality have not had any problems with it very clear image

Good video device for front door. Quality of video could be better but you can make out who the person is. Nice added security

This doorbell is sitting in a drawer where it should have been from the beginning. Maybe the upgraded model works better but this one is useless as a security device. Someone could actually steal a package from me, take it home and open it before the Ring would notify me. I have watch a delivery person coming to the door and not get registered until they are driving away. Support wanted at first to blame my wifi, but I have a wifi transmitter sitting within 5 feet of the Ring. They then wanted to blame it on the angle and sold me a wedge, that didn't help and finally they stopped answering my inquiries. I replaced it with a Nest Hello and that's everything this one should be, instant notifications, face recognition, package recognition and no more false alarms.

Good product had to get a range extender to make it work. Sometimes it's hours before we get notification of activity.
