I really want to LOVE this device.. and it's good for the most part. However, when you are traveling it starts to take a hit. I could not access it at all when I was in Egypt. And traveling thru Europe last month, it was hit or miss for the most part. The lag between answering the call and the ring is painfully slow. Even when you have a router giving the device a dedicated signal. Good potential

I love this door bell! Been gone for 30 days on vacation but I was able to keep an eye on my packages on my front porch.

Very helpful watching people come to my father's door. He lives in another state. It's nice to have more "eyes" on him.

I’m happy with this. Could be a little better resolution but the motion sensor picks up everything I need it to.

Bought as a gift. First one did not work took it back and sent another one within 2 days and works great.

This is the best system I bought for the front door it's range of vision is fantastic and the ability to speak to someone at your door is awesome.

Great product, but for price should come with plastic wedges, $20.00 is a little pricey for plastic

I have looked into Purchasing the ring doorbell many times and glad that I finally did. The notifications I receive is good security for my home.

The video is as expected. Luckily, I have great wifi. A narrower base would work better especially on uneven door panels.

Perfect simple device for monitoring who is at your front door when you are at home or at work. Realtime video and 2 way communication is great.

It has worked as stated so far. Battery life has been about a month at a time for me. Record feature from the app would be nice.
