Do not buy this product if you live in an area where temperatures drop bellow 40 degrees F. The battery will go dead and will not recharge even if you are hard wired. I live in NJ and I bought this unit during the summer . and I I have this issue now . I called Ring customer service and they told me that this is what will happen to all they units that use a rechargeable battery. their answer to me was you just have to wait until the temperatures raise. I think is a miss advertisement of Ring . if this is the case they should list in big bold letter saying not suitable for temperatures bellow 4o degrees F.

Best wireless Wi-Fi smart video doorbell atm. Also has a very nice app on your phone to answer your doorbell on the fly.

This items works very well on my network. Haven't found many that will. I am planning on purchasing additional units.

I love this video doorbell. I bought some right outdoor lighting also. I would highly recommend this product.

I like that you can talk to whoever comes to your door without being home or without having to get up from couch/bed.

Works great!!! It picks up any type of movement in its view!!! No one could just show up at your door undetected.

This is pretty cool but to delete motion or rings is a pain 1 by1 make it so u can delete multiple episodes. Like it otherwise!
