I haven’t gotten a chance to use this yet. I’m having difficulties finding someone to install it.

I’m a little disappointed in the video quality. It’s fine for when someone rings your bell but if you want to see better quality for someone in your front yard it’s not so good. My biggest complaint is if someone comes to your door and your not home or can’t look at the ring app until later you can’t see who was there unless you pay the $30 a year fee.

Gave this as a gift and they really like it. Can see who is at their door. I will buy another for me

Works good but pauses with the internet. Should tell you up front that you have to pay a monthly fee.

Works great and keeps nosy neighbors off my porch and protects delivery packages

I like that there are different colors available, but on Black Friday there were better deals to be had so I returned it.

It took some time for the Ring app to recognize our Wifi network but after that it was a breeze!

Device worked so good. I purchased a second unit for my back door. when you are home. You can see by the Proximity alert as well as not home.

This wifi door bell give you the power to see and control who by your door right to your phone.

I love the recording showing date and time and the symbol of bell in red, which indicates that the door was rung.

Easy to install easy to use. Can pick up things 30’ from front door. You only get play back for 30 days then you have to pay for it.

Best investment ever. Our family has a peace of mind now. The annual subscription is reasonably priced.

Works great. I went on vacation out of the country. And still received alerts. And was able to view activity. As long as I had WiFi.

Easy to install and the sound collection is very sensitive and the ability to speak to whoever is at the door.

While the a/v quality is decent. . . The motion zones go off with every movement, you can reduce the zones and sensitivity but it doesn't seem to have much effect. Also after 30 days not only do you loose ability to save and share your recent videos but you CANT EVEN LOOK AT THEM.... (Example: Someone rang my doorbell and i didnt see the notfication on my phone, 5 minutes later i click the notification and try to load the video from 5 minutes ago... Nope. Pay them $30 a yr for that....). Also I purchased the annual plan... It never updated the app that I purchased it so i still cant save. Their Chat support couldn't resolve whatever problem there was and have to give me a phone number to call their billing department on monday (this was saturday morning). Oh also, if your using it in battery mode instead of wired: its supposed to give you MULTIPLE alerts about low battery before dying.... mine never did... just died. It has to be completely unmounted to charge... and takes more than 4 hours... So don't expect visitors during its charging cycle.

It works great. My aunt has a ring Doorbell camera and recommended it for me and I made a excellent choice.

I will definitely recommend this to anyone especially if you are always not at home
