At first, I noticed that the box’s first picture is all smudged and it looks like- someone peeled it off- how you open up a used product. Then after opening the item, I see all finger prints on the ring device and it has no charge at all- absolutely 0%. This is a third class job, executed by staff in BestBuy. Perhaps, some smart employee thought that I would accept a used product with finger prints on it with zero % battery level. That’s pure stupidity and dishonesty. I never expected this from a store in Orlando- highly shameful and I highly doubt- I would ever come to this store and the Store Manager must be held accountable along with that stupid staff.
