When you open it, there are multiple parts, a lose screw in the package (really!!!) and you need to use a QR scan with your phone or device. Definitely will pay for someone who knows what they are doing to install it properly. Security is too important to do this incorrectly.

The item works sometimes and then fails on live view or motion activation. Often a long delay before recording...the person has come and gone (mailman/package deliveries).. still playing with it. Not returnable now.
