Upon opening the box I noticed some of the screws were not contained in the little plastic bag with the others. They were loose in the box. As I was so excited to have the Ring, I nudged it off. However upon picking the Ring up out of the box , I noticed a couple of dings or should I say tiny dents on the Ring. This observation begin to make me really uneasy about the product, yet my husband and I moved forward with the installation. After installing and connecting it to our wi-fi, I noticed the clarity was awful. Understand I was aware if the 750 or 780 pixel, but this vision was unacceptable. I contacted the Ring company for technical support. After observation from tech support it was confirmed that my Ring was faulty and possibly refurbished. I was sent another Ring directly from the company. I actually went ahead and upgraded to Ring 2. It works wonderful

I had to modify my motion alerts so that it reduced my alerts. But it is a great device and I feel safer already.

Had to go to internet provider and Ring too many times to figure out issues during setup

Does exactly what we wanted it to do. We can monitor who’s at our door when we’re home and even when we’re nor.

Its works great for its job. I do get alot of traffic at my door so it goes off all day at work.

I love this and feel safe at last. The only issue is that the Insurance companies do not give you any type of Discount for this system.

Ring doorbell alerts you through your phone who is outside your door and you can see the person on your phone.

Sweet device. I can answer my door no matter where i am. I get notified when my kid gets home from school. It's well worth the price.
