Not as good as advertised

However installation was particularly difficult and there is a hefty delay between ringing the door bell and the notification on your phone. I have kept it as we had to replace our door bell anyways, but would not choose this item again if not necessary.

Disappointing

I see video neighbors have posted and it is clear. Can view out to sidewalk for just a second and then it goes dark and you can barely see anything. Have yet to have anyone ring the doorbell.

The delay between ring and notifications on the phone is enough that those who rang your Ring to be gone. And the straw that broke the back: you need a subscription to see the video, save the video, share the videos!
