Constantly dropping wi-fi signal even though a strong signal is indicated. sometimes it takes a while to respond when I try to respond to the doorbell being rung. Inconsistent performance.

Hmm, this does not sound right. Your Ring device should hold a stable connection to your home WIFI network. With that being said, would you please email me directly at [email protected] so that I can investigate this for you further. Additionally, for best streaming performance, we recommend 2 Mbps upload and download speeds. Do you happen to know what your upload and download speeds are?
