When I push the doorbell the sound would be immediate but there was a delay in getting the alert on my phone. I was in the same room. Product is hit or miss, for $200 I decided to opt out

The door bell worked perfectly when it was still in the house but when I moved it outside the WiFi signal was too weak. With a weak signal it takes way too long for you to get notifications on your phone

Difficult to get the sensitivity and zone set.

Unless the person stays at my door the Ring catches their back as they walk away [eg. delivery people dropping something off or someone running up to the door and leaving.]
