We are pleased with our Ring. It's exactly as it says in the description. It's a great piece of mind seeing who's at or been at your door.

Works perfectly. If you have other Ring Security system products, it works seamlessly with them and the Ring app. I think the doorbell would be even better if it could be made smaller, and include an angled mounting bracket. I purchased the wired model, setup was remarkably simple, and still makes the same sound as our old, familiar doorbell.

I bought this for my retired mother. It works great for what we need. I have the doorbell set up to ring on her phone and my phone at the same time, so in case she is not home I can answer it for her. I can also see who comes over as she is recently widowed and alone. I love the peace of mind that this simple device gives me. Great product and cheaper than a whole home security system.

I purchased this as a gift. I have purchased several for personal use and for business use as well. It's a great device that's easy to use/install.

I had accidentally purchased the "Pro" version which needed to be hardwired so I returned it and got this one. Easy to install and the video quality is good. No need for the upgrade in video quality for a doorbell. I get alerted every time there is motion and the separately sold "chime" works very smoothly. The cloud recording service is $30 a year for one year which is actually pretty cheap to be able to play back videos.

Excellent Product. Very easy to install. Motion detection is great it did seem too touchy - activating when cars drove by, but after a small adjustment works wonderful.

This is the first technology item I have bought in a long time that was easy to set up and works like it is supposed to. This product actually exceeded my expectations.

Performs really well. The battery doesn’t last quite as long as per documentation (6 months) even when motion sensitivity is dialed sown to 5-7 ft

Love that you are able to speak directly and view your recording. Hard wired to my existing doorbell without any problems. Feeling safer with my Ring Doorbell!

Easy to install, good range of motion. Very clear video and infrared night vision works very well. The Ring app has many features to add to your monitoring experience.

Now I can see and hear them. Talk to them if I wish. I installed this on my home in Fl. I WILL buy a second one for the house in Ohio. Their support is simply GREAT.

The Ring Doorbell is a great product. I love it for when i get packages i can see when they are delivered and if someone would take it i would have that all on camera

I love my new Ring! It was on sale during cyber Monday, it shipped fast and free and it was super easy to install. Tookat max 10 minutes. Works like a charm! Love it!

Makes a clear picture and talking is clear, but make sure you have a good high speed internet or it is a choppy picture. (We had to change our internet service)

I car was broken into one morning and my neighbor suggested purchasing the RING. Best Buy had it available for same day pickup, best purchased I have made in a while.

It even picks up Squirrel activity! And even though our cars are out of sight, it still picked up my husband on the side of his car, and he wasn't in the picture. Love this!

For the money that I spent this was a great purchase for Ring. It provides added security and we were able to sinc two phones. I did not need a more expensive model.
