Turned itself off and didn't come back on for days. Took it off and kept it charging for days, then it magically came on. Not sure what happened but it has been working ever since. Keeping an eye on it.

Not sure 1080 would be much better but paying double for the next version is too much for slightly better quality. Good to start but if you want to use smart devices to see it then you need alexa since Google was blocked after Amazon bought ring.
