Oh no, this is not the Ring experience that we intended for you to have. Ring Video Doorbell is weather-resistant and can operate in temperatures ranging between -5 degrees Fahrenheit and 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, please do note that since Ring Doorbell and Ring Stick Up Cam use lithium polymer batteries when the temperature drops below 40°F, it may be necessary to charge your Ring product more often. Battery performance will return to normal once the weather warms up and remains above freezing. Would you please email me at [email protected]?

It also takes forever to see who is at your front door, most people leave before I get a chance to answer them on my phone.
