The only difference was a concrete block wall! It and NO video, and bad sound! I am returning the product, I SHOULD have read the reviews!

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear about this poor Ring experience. For best streaming performance we recommend that your Ring Video Doorbell is no further than 30 feet from your router. Do you happen to know what your upload speed is? You can check by visiting www.bandwidthplace.com on your cell phone, and running a speed test right next to where your Ring Doorbell is installed. We also recommend running a speed test right next to your router and comparing the two speeds. Sometimes, even with high internet speeds, the connection isn't as strong at the front of the house. For best streaming performance, we recommend 2 Mbps upload and download speeds. If you reach out to me at [email protected], I can assist you with this.

Bad quality control?

The Ring Pro just did not work at all (all electric was correct on this end as evidenced by replacement unit that works) . The replacement Pro (that works) only shows current around 3.4 v while testing with a voltmeter shows 16 v AC. It at least works for now most of the time. Ring non-pro has a battery issue and will be returned today. Only charges to 39% capacity. This is the 2nd of these, the first did not work out of the box. Thankfully Best Buy has a great return policy

Luckily this time it was someone else I should of got her name. Also the delivery guys were nice also.
