The only issues are with the sound quality and the sensitivity. I've had it hooked up for a week and still can't seem to get either issues fixed.

So things that need to be recorded dont get picked up for some reason. But for the most part it is a great camera

It decides to work when it wants to work. Our wireless router is one insulated wall (i.e. perfect signal), yet the Ring doorbell had continual dropped signal, and lost WiFi which required a disassembly and reset. I've done this a total of 8 times in two months. I just boxed it up this morning for a return to Bestbuy. I wouldn't recommend purchasing. Stick with your standard doorbell and use a motion activated security camera instead.

What good is the Ring without the monitoring ? If you don't pay for the monitoring, the Ring is just a doorbell that I already had.
