Only cause I had a $40 guft card I bought this. I wouldnt buy again. Not very clear . My Waze camera thats nearby is clearer. I cant connect to doorbell anymore dor some reason when someone rings. The screws stripped to hold it onto mount. Technically someone can come and snatch it. Overall its okay, but wouldnt buy again.

Can only review videos if you subscribe to (pay for) their service after 30 day preview period.

Its ok it glitches a lot and honestly just go with the better version!

need to pay to have on going video access. so pretty much is an expensive a door bell.

Work good unless you have a covered porch. Then the image is whitewashed and basically useless

Not very happy with. I can no longer talk from my phone and be heard. The delay recording is a bummer.

At the beginning it was fine but after you can see but there is terrible sound when you tried to listen.

Really excited when I purchased it but after installing it just couldn't stay connected on WiFi or 4glte. I was pretty bummed

If you’re looking for clarity get the newer model with 1080p. This one is 720p. It’s ok but not so clear

I really like the ring camera. Only thing is night time with street light hitting it makes it blurry

I use on a battery only application. Literature states battery life expectancy between charges 6-12 months. 1. No where in literature or video did it state item had to be charged prior to initial use. 2. I fully charged it. 3. I limited range to minimize nuisance trips. 4. My initial installation lasted LESS than 2 weeks.... I wrote to Ring.com, NOTHING! 5. I like the device, battery life abysmal.

Not a bad system but seems slow at times when activities happen even though I have a very fast wifi network system.

The ring doorbell workers for 3 days. The unit would not charge or turn back on! I Wasted 1hour and 27 minutes of my life on the phone with ring trouble shooting for them to confirm what I told them the device is defected! I am Still waiting for my refund from BestBuy !!

I would feel more secure if this device would work all the time. It occasionally sends a message the URL is not found.

Could not get past the thickness of the camera. Also my exterior wall would not allow easy installation. Returned.

I gave 3 of these away as Christmas presents and am disappointed at the video. Very snowy.

This item have had it's ups and downs. It has now been out of service for 2 weeks.

This is a waste of money...it always isn’t working and you have to buy more stuff from them to make it work and then it still doesn’t work...unless your internet connection is really close to it without walls then you are good...we spent too much time and energy on this stupid thing. Troubleshooting number doesn’t help either... Don’t waste your money
