Poor quality product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought one, had to return it immediately the main connector board was defective, ring,com blamed retailer where product was purchased, new one purchased and installed all in the same day. This was all done over Memorial Day weekend, product is still not working properly and have spent many hours on phone with ring.com, service call scheduled, the service company ring.com uses never showed and the service company reps were rude and could care less, more phone calls with ring.com, the doorbell still not working right, still waiting on service.

Never worked

The $30 annual fee is for the optional Cloud Recording service we offer as an extra feature. This allows the customer to go back and view any videos they may have missed. This product work fine for the first month or two
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have had this ring doorbell for almost a year just recently purchased a brand new dual band router there is such a bad delay with this ring doorbell I am very disappointed with it plus they don't tell you but you have to pay $30 a year for cloud storage that you may not use. Think real hard before purchasing this product so you're not disappointed also.

Doesn’t work on a covered porch

This thing is not as advertised

The camera would almost never connect to the doorbell making it impossible to answer the door. The video quality is choppy at best. It even missed a person on our front porch. And to top it off they want you to pay to get the alerts you can't see because it will not connect. They advised me to return it to best buy, talk about standing behind your product ring. If you're considering a camera go with a nest, they actually work.

Disappointed

Brochure show a full screen picture on your telephone or tablet, But we tried 2 of them and both of them only showed a circle picture (Not the entire screen) that look like a first generation backup camera. Both of these were the entry level camera and maybe in order to get a full screen you would have to buy the premium camera period would be nice if the brochures would show the actual picture you get. We return them.
