This was so simple to setup I had it mounted and working in about a half hour. It's great I can see when a package is delivered no mater where I am. I can talk to someone on my porch while inside my house. This is one of my best purchases ever.

I bought this in store and did price match so I got an amazing deal and it is really great. I love being able to see who is at the door before I open it up and if I'm not home i can still see if anyone comes buy. It also records and saves activity so I can watch it later too.

I bought one for myself and liked it so much I got one for my dad and brother for Father's Day. Easy to install and user friendly. After a prior attempted break in this has given me complete peace of mind when I am away. I recommend signing up for the cloud services as well.

If you've wanted a NestCam or Dropcam for outdoors at the front porch (which doesn't exist), this might do the trick for you. The image and sound are top notch. I don't know how they did it, but even in direct sunlight (house faces west) the iris handles it and doesn't cause the picture to go dark. Very impressed.

This is a good product for the money. The picture is also pretty clear.

The device came with pretty much all I ever needed to complete the installation. However the drillbits provided was of the worst quality I have ever seen and would not drill through the brick or the cement of my home. After insulation the devised started working perfectly. However long the way I noticed a couple of software glitches. For instance when you are receiving a phone call you cannot receive video/intercom feed from your front door. Also, if you have a wink app already it still makes you download another app called Ring of which when every time someone rings your doorbell you will now get to notifications versus one. Talk about notification overload. Aside from those attributes the video quality and sound quality from the doorbell was superb, and The motion to Texan and live streaming view option from the app are amazing. All in all I am satisfied with this purchase.

Very easy to install and set up. Great app for remote use. Recommend Ring products to friends and they when they seen how easy they are to set up, and the quality of video they were ready to set up their homes as well. Will very likely purchase more Ring products.

It's good for the price. The only problem with it is, it does not have a rechargeable battery (the ring doorbell 2 does, but it is also $100 more). You would need to plug in the entire camera, if you choose not to hardwire it.

Excellent product with crystal clear pictures. Keeps ones home safe from remote places

I bought this along with the Chime as gifts to my sister's family who lives in the suburbs or Illinois. My brother-in-law installed it right away as soon as he got home. He was able to remotely monitor all the activities happening in front of his door (from cars passing to seeing who is opening the front door). The neat part was he was also able to interact with me when I was opening the front door.

Performs exactly as advertised. I feel much better having this unit installed. After only one week it is really cool and useful to see when their is not only someone ringing the doorbell, but motion near the door when the doorbell is not rung. The ability to also view the camera anytime in live view regardless if there is any reason to or not is a nice feature. I cannot imagine living without it now.
