I love it, when the doorbell ring you can see and speak to the person

Bought this as an added security measure for the house. Does the job.

Truth be told I did not want this product. I thought it was expensive and we didn't need it. My wife convinced me otherwise and we bought it. I now tell everybody to buy this product. It is amazing how good the camera is. It isn't just for someone ringing the door. You are notified if there is activity. I can tell if UPS dropped off a package, who came to the door, and even activity on the street. It really is somewhat of a security system in your front lawn. You will be amazed at how much you actually rely upon it once you get it. I can't stress enough that you should consider buying it. One little known fact is that this was submitted to shark tank and none of the sharks purchased it. The company went on to make millions.

We tried different equipment. We have cameras in the driveway too but nothing worked like this did.

My sister has one and recommended the Ring to us - it is a wonderful security tool - it alarms us on my iPhone and iPad when someone comes to my front and back door and if I am away I can still see who comes to my house and talk to them through my iPhone - it's very reassuring

We got this after a few packages went missing. We haven't had any issues and it gives us peace of mind being able to see what is happening. My only con is that the device is too wide and stands out in comparison to our old doorbell.

Got it on Black Friday weekend for an amazing price and it was really easy to set up.

I own one, and sometimes really love it, but it doesn't always notify my with movement, or when someone is at my door. My kids can be coming Into the house, and it doesn't see them with movement. Other times, it catches cars going down the road. Not sure why this happens, but it's frustrating.

Good price to an alternative high end security system. Does its job.

Love the Ring Doorbell. Allows us to answer the door whether we are home or not. Great to talk to visitors and chase off salespeople. The community information sharing is fantastic. Really clear video and easy to install. Everyone should have one.

The reason i didn't give it a 5 star review is because of the subscription you have to get after your initial free service gets you hooked on certain features. It is a great doorbell with a camera. You can see who is at your door all the way from work. Just the monthly subscription has it's perks you want monthly for your camera to work properly. Only regret!

Sometimes i need to check out the front door when im away, so i use live view function. Out of 10 times It only load the video twice. It also has a low resolution. I think ring 2 solve this problem. At night is not that great either. I bought it on sale, so ithink it's worth what i payed for.

Really cool product but has its Pros and Cons. I read most reviews and some of them I think are not necessarily true for my situation. For example the Motion Sensors are pretty accurate. If I walk up to my door or when Im leaving, (since im wearing my apple watch) both my watch and phone get immediate notification. Cons: Without the 3/month or 30/year subscription all you can do is answer the bell or watch live feed. Which is fine if you just want this as a digital doorbell. The downside is that I havent been able to get my phone to ring when the notification pops up which is weird, will continue to try! So if you do miss the "doorbell ring" and you dont have the subscription, you wont know who was at your door . Installation was pretty easy even and I installed directly into the wall wiring.

Love the idea of seeing who is at the door without having to go answer. Great camera.

Works like advertised. Very easy to set up. They don't have a windows app yet but are working on one.
