Easy install, great picture and alert system. A little too sensitive for our front door that is on a busy neighborhood street with a stop sign and intersection. I would still purchase again.

Installation was easy and very straight forward, I just wish that there could be some adjustment to the motion detection, I don't want to be notified that I'm walking up to my door. So maybe if they upgrade the software for another RING product, there should be some facial recognition somewhere. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Got this about a month ago now, I’ve grown to love it. At first I tried to install it by hardwire but the doorbell I had in my house was not compatible. I wasn’t aware there could be such an issue, and I spent some time researching before buying. Never saw anything about that. So, if you wish to use this through wiring; ensure your doorbell is compatible. At first I had a hard time getting the camera to catch motion detection but now, it seems to have “broken in” if you will and works like a charm. I still sometimes get incorrect motion detections, but it’s nothing a quick check doesn’t fix. All in all I love the ring and I definitely love the piece of mind it gives me.

Really great camera. It's excatly what I needed. Very happy with it.

The Ring system is very cool! Only issue we found was trying to fine tune the sensitivity so it would not pick up on movement of a tree in our front yard or cars passing by. Other than that, it was very easy to use!

Video is good, easy to install and works great! This is my second one, replaced the older one only because the weather had corroded its looks! It was 4 yrs old and still working!

Love it! The minute someone steps on my porch I get a call to my phone. No more worrying about packages sitting on the porch too long and getting stolen especially during the holidays. No more worrying about answering the door to strangers.

The Ring doorbell is a great addition to my security package. It allows me to monitor my front entrance and communicate with visitors in one device. The device does require me to charge it more than I anticipated.

works great easy install , must have good internet to cut down on drag.

i like this product but the i had to change internet service two days ago. when we change internet service we need to rest and connect to new internet. the bottom screws are useless and doesn't really help to work with and are stuck into it. now i cannot remove ring nor connect to internet. it is sitting out there like a door bell.

I love the Ring door camera, it gives me real time views of my front door, and I can speak with whoever is there no matter where I am. It records so I can also save the footage, send to friends, neighbors, and police great product easy to install.

Love the ability to see who is at my font door when I am not at home.

I've been in Mexico and several other states and this thing works great in all lighting conditions. Even out of the country. I do recommend that you have 4g or LTE on your mobile phone because 3G doesn't work that great. I have had this for 35 days and the battery still says 15% with an estimated 7 motion detections a day, I live in a condo building with the parking lot 15' from my door, so it detects neighbors coming and going, which I like, even though I can adjust the motions not to detect them I prefer not to. I have had no issues at all since the install. I like the wireless doorbell accessory because I have the dog barking chime on when motion is detected - sound is great, I can here my neighbors talking 20 feet away when motion is detected. Only complaint is that you can not activate ring on demand, it has to detect motion or the doorbell must be pushed
