Awesome nice to see who is at your door even if your not home

This thing is great - but it goes off to often. need to check

I’ve only had this for around a month and so far I love it. The visual field is wide enough to see who is approaching before they get to my door. I also love that I don’t have to answer my door for strangers. Another plus is they don’t know if I’m home or not because I can view this from my tablet or my phone. I highly recommend this product.

Wanted camera to supplement my Blink camera overhead. Ring doorbell solved this situation by also recording eye level video of activity at the front door. Hardwired using existing doorbell that Ring replaced.

After several home burglaries in my neighborhood, I decided to purchase a Ring! It was easy to install and the pictures come in great on my iPhone. Whether they ring the doorbell or just walk up on my porch, I am notified! I love it!

The door bell was easy to set up & worked perfectly. However, because Spectrum likes to switch back & forth the internet, this would force me to rip out the door bell out of my wall to reconnect it back to the internet. I already tried to fix the problem, but ever sense the switch from the name brighthouse, things haven't been the same. As for the doorbell, I don't want to keep pulling out the door bell, & I certainly don't want to give the wrong people some criminal ideas. There is a reason why we bought the doorbell because we have been having hobos in the area & it's getting more dangerous to leave packages at our door, knowing someone might come in & steal it.

Getting set up was problematic, and the performance is sporadic., perhaps due to settings, which are hard to adjust. Cars driving by set off the recording. In addition, leaves blowing by set off the recording. My wife can't get the ring app to work on her iPhone, although I set up my android with few issues.

It is a great security feature. I live in a condo on the 3rd floor with one door for access, hardly worth spending the money for a security system! I think Ring is even better, pretty easy to install and gives that extra piece of mind.

We love this doorbell , we charge it cause if you were to use batteries I know it would cost a lot to keep replacing batteries but I still love it I can talk to people without opening my door even when I’m not home .

I really like the Ring and it's a very capable device. I've never had issues with it except for an issue in the initial install where it was my Router's issue and not the Ring's. If you are having issue it may be your Router, check settings or temporarily disconnect other devices. It's quick, and I like using the new options in seeing Live video without the need for it to be plugged directly into the wire outlet. Which, this device can drain it's battery depending how often you use it, it goes off, and if you have the Live feature turned on. I think I recharge mine every other month, sometimes 3 months. Again depends. The cloud storage is good and the monthly and/or yearly fee is pretty cheap compared to other models I've used in the past. Overall, highly recommended!

This thing is awesome! It is so nice to have the extra security around holiday season with packages on the porch. It is just all around cool to be able to see who is at your door and talk to them if you want to. Highly recommend :)

Their customer service is fantastic. We called and got someone right away. They walked us through set up and were wonderful. We had an intercom connected to our door bell, which is incompatible with Ring. But we were able to install a new connection which works.
