Easy installation! Very impressed with Ring so far. It literally came with everything you need to install and told you step by step on the app that needed to be downloaded. Camera looks great and the design itself is very sleek and nice. Once you figure out where you want the motion sensors to be, it's great!

I have security cameras and I wasn't sure if I needed a video doorbell, but I'm happy I made the purchase. I love the Ring Video Doorbell and I highly recommend it. I can't tell you how useful the doorbell was during the Holiday season with all the deliveries.

I used Hellotech to install this Ring Pro and that was well worth the $50. I think it serves as a deterrent to criminals even if you don't always answer the bell and you can use it without any monthly fee. Most reviews I read were extremely positive. The Ring guarantee of replacement if stolen was assuring.

Great camera, ended up buying 2 more for family members, also purchased a a Ring floodlight camera(which I havent set up yet) the doorbells are super easy to install, only 4 wires to hook up, provided you already have a wired doorbell. Love the chime also, its loud, and allows you to change the ring sounds.

Easy to install. We just wanted to see who is arriving - it does that well. The added motion chime is great to know when packages are delivered. It was great that it came with wedges to change the mounting angle so we could see more of our front porch area.

The Ring Doorbell Pro installation was relatively easy enough. I was able to use my existing doorbell wiring and network with no problem. Necessary tools are included. Setup was straight forward and motion settings are simple. About the only issue is the operational lag. All in all a decent purchase. A wifi doorbell was included in the box (normally a separate purchase) but I did not use.

The Ring Doorbell Pro is a great investment. I can see when someone comes to my door and who it is very clear. I love getting the notifications on my phone while I am at work and knowing when packages are delivered. I don't know why I waited so long to purchase this. Super easy set up and great quality!

We bought this because we wanted to be able to see who was at our door. This has allowed us to do just that. Pros: ease of use. Shows who is at the door. Easy to install. Cons: delayed ring with our doorbell. Have to have a strong internet connection to see who is at the door if you’re not on WiFi. You are limited to how your video points based on your door configuration.

Was relatively easy to install, ended up bypassing my old electric chime because it kept getting set off. Think there's a short in my wiring somewhere but not worth fixing. The chime pro is plenty loud enough to make up for it. Definitely recommend this doorbell

This is a great camera, with great software. The motion settings are great and I do not ever receive a false motion alarm. If I just wanted a camera I would have given it 5 stars, but the audio is not up to par. I can hear the other person well, but the volume output for the doorbell is just too quiet and the person at the door can not hear without getting right next to the doorbell.

Was pleasantly surprised with how great the video looks day & night. It is more clear at a longer distance than I would have thought. The setup is pretty easy, the only thing I would like to see is more easy to find documentation about what the different lights & patterns mean.

Installed at the front door. It simple to install. The ring video Doorbell has several adjustments. At first we would get notices for cars driving by the house. With a few simple adjustments we only get notices when a person is approaching the house.

I don’t know how I lived without one of these. I love being able to see who is at my door and to be able to talk to them through the doorbell. This doorbell camera also provides me a piece of mind while I’m not at home.

I have the ring alarm system and the doorbell. One of the best doorbell cameras you can have. It was super easy to install and they give you everything you will need. The camera is excellent and very high quality. Easy to set up on your phone too. The best!!!

The picture quality is great. Only two things that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the setup process had trouble connecting to WiFi even though it was in very close range and the motion sensor is a bit finicky at night and needs to be adjusted quite a bit to account for cars driving by that are not even in the motion zone. The headlights might be setting it off, not sure.

I bought this after I had multiple packages snagged from my front stoop but now I can catch them in the act. I have already seen a few culprits but I was able to halt them before anymore packages were taken. This has great quality and setup was a breeze!

This doorbell installed quite easily, even for someone like me who is a klutz. It is super sensitive and even picked up the garbage trucks going down the street as motion, so you will need to adjust the sensitivity, which is easy to do in the app. So far, I am very pleased with it.

I totally love it everything about it. Installation was pretty straightforward and all the tools and multiple face plates are included. Chime Pro is pretty cool too. The audio and video on the Ring Pro is so clear and crisp. The motion sensor is amazing!

I bought this on black Friday after a recommendation from a friend. It has exceeded my expectations. The install was extremely simple. The video quality is phenomenal and the app is easy to use. The chime pro has made it easy to hear the doorbell in our basement. I would definitely buy again!

Finally upgraded from the original Ring to the Pro and wish I would have done so a long time ago! I used to ignore the wind chime motion alert on my original Ring because it was usually a car driving by or something blowing in the wind. Now with the Pro, which allows you to define a very specific space for motion detection, if I hear the wind chimes I know someone is walking up to my door. Also the Pro connects to 5ghz N router so when I access video or live view on my phone the connection is almost instant vs waiting close to a minute for the original Ring to connect. Highly recommend! Install is a little more involved than the original Ring so watch a YouTube video on the install before you decide to purchase. Also requires that you have a wired doorbell to power it and that power must be hooked up to a minimum 16v transformer (usually can be found in your attic). Not sure what is standard but I did go searching for mine before I installed and found out it was 18v so I was covered.
