Although it took me about 90 minutes to get it to connect with my WiFi... when I finally did - it works great. Your able to adjust sensitivity so that you only get notifications when a person is detected. This is super important if you live on a well traveled street.

We had other wireless cameras before purchasing. We have also not looked back after getting this unit and not needing to replace batteries anymore. This is an excellent value to start your Ring system & hey who does not need a HD video of someone at your door.

for the most part this is easy to set up.. easy installation, directions are good, tools included. nice to see who's coming and going, also put in a spot cam, really like having the house covered and immediately knowing who's there. also with the holidays and packages missing, I've been able to keep better track of actual deliveries, etc.

Very easy setup, great picture and easily customizable. The controls and settings are very intuitive. Takes a few tries to get the sensitivity exactly where you want it, but that’s all dependent on preference. The monthly/annual fee is minimal for what you get. Highly recommend!

This was my first purchase for a smart house and it was so easy and now fun to use I am hooked and buying more. During the holidays it lets me know when packages are delivered and if they are being tossed around. I can watch when people come to my house. I want one for each of my doors.

This is a great bundle of the Pro doorbell (with multiple covers, brackets) and the Chime Pro. It was easy to set up. So far it is working well. I would ensure you have the correct doorbell transformer and that the voltage received in the line is adequate to run the device.

Love this door bell. The picture is very clear and the view is excellent. It dose pick up on everything that passes it. Way to sensitive. It always work even during a power outage. Bad weather not a problem. Hope this was helpful to someone.

This is the best item i bought out of many in 2018. great clear picture. as good as my 4k dashcamera. set your zones carefully. the short range setting will only cover your yard. the second setting catches everything that moves. the 30 day cloud trial is strange when you get a year free with their other models. i bought the overhead camera with flood lights and siren also. i am getting another Ring Pro for my back door because it comes with multiple color shells. the dual power battery Ring 2 with one color shell is a bargain at $99 dollars. the deluxe Ring 2 kit is double the cost and comes with 2 shells. I saw how well my neighbor's worked, read the review and drove right to the store to and bought one. I am thrilled with how well it works. i could give you 5 more examples of recordings in the month that i have owned it but i don't want to make my review that long. see for yourself and find out what your neighbors cameras are capturing! you will be amazed.

I love the Ring Pro. It's easy to install and it works.I would have given it 5 stars if the camera stayed on longer. I understand it doesn't stay on for a long time because of the battery, but it's a pain when you open the app and go to live view and it takes a while. A few times the person has left the doorbell before I was able to view them via live view

Easy setup, easy installation! The ability to check in on the camera from Anywhere and speak to anyone is great. The slimmer, more sleek pro isn't as bulky and doesn't stand out as much. The included chime negates any problems with connectivity to your current doorbell system.

Coming from someone not too hands on, this was easy to set up and works great so far. I have the chime between my router and ring doorbell camera. Quality is clear and the app is easy to use. Great bundle when it was offered together.

This works great. Smaller size that the doorbell 2. And being able to adjust when the motion detector goes off is nice so it doesn't go off when my neighbor let's their dog out. I got a defective unit and Ring custkmer service was super helpful troubleshooting and I swapped it with a new unit that worked great. Easy to install.

Wanted to see my front door this doorbell camera is an excellent easy to install option! I installed the camera myself and had no issues I love it I can see when packages are delivered as well wanted and unwanted visitors!!! Excellent purchase and price

Camera installed easily and worked right off the bat with my existing Ring security system after I added it to the other devices. It picks up my entire driveway and the garage from my front door and by turning down the sensitivity, I don't get many false alarms.

I was surprised how easy it was to install, the app wasn’t to bad. The quality of the video is very good. I thought It going to be a problem installing into the stucco I used both of the extra mounts to get the angle correct. I would recommend

The ring pro is much smaller then the ring 2 and fits our door nicely. The ring 2 would not. Excellent picture and control options. The chime allows us to hear a doorbell in a bedroom where we previously could not. Setup is very easy and well explained. All in all good.

This ring pro is awesome. If you already have a wired doorbell, it's very easy to set up, and once it is - you'll be thankful you have it! I really like the picture quality and the motion detection appears to be better than the battery powered one (just my observations)

Ring products are amazing! I have 2 ring pro the pro chime and the ring flood light camera and the are such an amazing peace of mind knowing they are watching over my family and have motion detection with night vision and alerts on my phone and alexa

This unit functions well and is easy to get set up. However, the screws to secure the unit to the house were not very strong and one broke making it difficult to remove. There were additional screws in the package but better screws would have saved me a lot of time. I am pleased with the unit and the security it offers.

Bought this to replace first version present when I bought the house. Camera is much better. I get notification of doorbell on my phone before it even rings. Any motion outside my door notifies me and I can quickly view live or the recorded event. Works well.
