This was a great deal when I saw it during black friday. The bundle was the same price at Target, but you only got the Pro Doorbell. It was easy to setup. It works right! You do have to pay extra if you want recording, but its free for live video.

I love Ring products. I had the original doorbell for over a year. I decided to move that one to the back door and buy the pro for the front. I like the smaller size. The picture quality is amazing on this thing. Super easy installation as well.

No problems installing it. Works fine. Biggest problem is connecting to the WiFi. Much of that problem is my house. But even the Ring network doesn't help. I have 2, one for the front door, and one for the back. If I'm switching back and forth, it will not always connect.

This doorbell was simple to install. the video and audio work without skipping. You have to make sure the router is close to the door to get good service. I did not run thru the repeater because it would skip the audio.

Love this Ring doorbell cam! It is very clear and high quality resolution and really like the night vision! Sure helps out when surveillance at night! Has very good motion detection and doesn't false alarm!

This gem literally took ten minutes to install after the battery was charged. It works like a champ and integrates with Alexa / Echo Dot and Echo Show to tell you when someone is at the door so you don’t even need the chime.

I was very satisfied with the Ring Pro Door Bell. It had better options than the regular Ring Door Bell. I would have given it 5 stars if I could have connected the Chime Pro that came with it to my WiFi. It would never connect but I find I really do not need it. It kept trying to connect to a misspelled SSID???

The ring video doorbell pro has great video and audio. The picture looks sharp even at night with no lights on. I also love to be able to check on my deliveries when I am away from home. A great purchase.

The camera itself is great when working however after ~2 months of operation the ring doorbell disconnected from our wireless network and would not re-enter the start-up sequence. REading online this a fairly common defect in the ring video doorbell that Ring has known about for over a year but is still being shipped in their products after 4 hours of tech support we were able to get a new ring video doorbell sent to us has been working but I am worried that it could randomly have the same issue occur in a few months. Hopefully ring works on their quality control and gets this resolved in their models going forward

Door bell is super easy to install and works perfectly. Video quality is good and the extra door bell chime is great for the basement. you need to get the subscription so that you can see history - but it is reasonably priced.

I was between the ring and nest doorbells and decided on this and I am so glad I did, the camera quality is great and the camera itself was easy to install. The chime helped out with our connection tremendously so this combo is the best !

Great purchase. The picture and sound are very impressive. The app replay does lag at times. Also, at times the ring notification is behind a bit. Great peace of mind and security.

I purchased the ring doorbell to start my security system on my home. This product works great. Picture quality & the ability to speak to someone while not home works perfectly. I plan on purchasing other ring products.

Kit was very nice. Came with jumpers to make installation easy. I did have to buy a larger capacity transformer but they can be gotten at a local hardware store. Camera takes good video and even audio is pretty clear for a small camera.

Great video and sound. Was easy to install and set up. Many neighbors have this camera and we get alerts of suspicious activity in the area all the time. Feel more secure when home, or away to be able to see what is going on.

The video clarity is decent and it was relatively easy to install. Only complaint (so far) is that it is a bit too sensitive. When the breeze moves a plant in front of the door, it will often go off alerting us of movement.

Super easy to install and looks great once in! Love the Chime which alerts everyone in the house of motion at the door - we get a jump on the Amazon delivery driver every time!

I like the camera, I like the piece of mind I get with it, but I found the setup not as user friendly as I thought. maybe it's just me. The chime does not work, even though app says it is connected and I can test it. And it goes off on ever thing even thought I moved the sensitivity down.

Super happy that I got this! The install was easy to do and the picture quality is phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised by how much coverage this little camera is capable of. Highly recommend for a not so handy man like myself.

The camera works great and I love having this added sense of security for my house and how this comes with the camera and the extender in one. Also, I love how you get a free trial of Ring Pro security.
