The ring doorbell is amazing and very convenient. That is because at all times because you can see the front door. I would highly recommend this to anybody! It’s probably one of my best purchases ever!

Great product and easy to use. Love that I can see and talk to whoever comes to my door even if I am not at home. Mic has great sound, very clear conversation. I can also clearly see my neighbors home.

I have been very happy with this new item, I’ve never have my own safety cameras before and have never used another brand but I really like how this one works. The convenience of watching at who’s in your door any time you’d want it has no comparison. The app works as it was designed for showing and reporting any alert or movements within the perimeter or angle that you’re able to setup in the app. The definition in the camera is great, there might be other cameras that have greater definitions than this but overall prices would be greatly expensive, for price, the connected Cloud for you to save and record events (with paid subscription) it was for me the best option over the rest. Yes, I absolutely recommend this product.

I hardwired it to the old bell now I am warned when motion or people come to the door with chimes I can hear.... so glad I got this . I was away from home and it warned .me someone was at my door and I could see and talk to them ...

Love the quality of the camera display of people in recording.a great way to see who is coming around your property. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to keep an eye on things.great price on sale in a bundle.

We like the Ring doorbell but it is sensitive and triggers whenever a medium or large truck goes by. We have caught the neighbors kids playing in our yard and by our front door. I like the fact it came with 3 different color bezels so instead of Satin we used the bronze to match our decor.

It was easy to install the Ring Doorbell Pro replacing the existing door bell. Connecting the doorbell to Wi-Fi using the app was also simple steps. Testing it for a few times and video has been super clear. Highly recommend it.

Awesome buy! So glad I got this. Getting the alarm next! Pro's: Works great with the Chime. Adds a sense of security big time when I'm not home. Love that you can adjust the sensitivity levels. Monitoring is dirt cheap and works with Ring alarm so I can get rid of my $30/month bill. Quality - I'm late posting this review (2yrs), but that is testament to the build quality as well. I've had no issues other than the below which I fixed in the first week. Con's: Interfered with my old door bell. I called them though and used the thingamjig they provided in the box... I guess I should have read the directions... LOL All in all, great purchase and I highly recommend.

Love this ring doorbell. Excellent quality and it also came with corner kit in the box, which I was not expecting and it helped me a lot to have better view from a side installation. Easy to install and very user friendly app.

The installation of this was a bit of a hassle, but I think that’s more of a reflection of the house than the item itself. It did somehow lose connection to my internet once and I had to dig through my drawers to find that screwdriver and I had to go through the whole setup process again while it was freezing cold outside. Whenever I am at work, if I respond immediately to motion or a ring, it takes a long time to actually get connected to a point that I can see what is going on. I have a different brand camera over my driveway and that one always connects instantly. We have the highest speed internet available, so I believe it is just the response of the ring itself. Other than that, does everything I expect it to.

And I mostly do but it has serious drawbacks. The good: clear picture and sound Customer service was top notch. I lost the little torx screw for the faceplate. Nice lady sent me extras and offered a new driver for free. The bad: drops off the WiFi a lot. If I'm not home I can't fix it Very sensitive. I had to adjust to people only. Also, the chime pro had to be plugged in to an outlet no more than 10' away. I wanted to have it in another room and it wouldn't work. If you do need to reconnect the ring pro to the chime pro, you have to remove faceplate to set it mode. Since it happens a lot, better have that torx driver nearby. And that's why you can't reconnect unless you're there. A bit inconvenient if you're out of town. I like it, I'd give it 5 stars if it was more stable and you could reconnect remotely.

This doorbell camera works great. The only issue I have is the video storage feature. When you read the literature provided, it sounds like you don't have to subscribe to their monthly service unless you want to share the videos or save them for a long period. In reality, the only thing you can do without the service is the live video. It does not maintain any record unless you pay. On the plus side, the cost of their monthly service is lower than the competition ~ $10 per month. It's even less if you do the annual fee for about $100. It's worth the price. Another plus is that this doorbell only records on motion. Some of the competitors are on continuously. This uses a lot of data on your internet service, so if that's an issue for you this camera is a much better choice.

I love this doorbell, It took me some time to decide to get this. It took my neighbor package being stolen to bow down. Its sensitive as heck, I have motion detection set all the way down and still even when a car people is in range of the detection field, or hard winds. It goes off, Motion detected at your front door. so everytime you either looking out the nearest window or looking at your phone making you paranoid or something but it just let you know ain't nothing getting by this doorbell. The video feed is awesome. I have installed the ring software on my computer and while working i have the video feed displaying on my of my dual monitors so even before it goes off i clearly see everything and everyone. Great to have bc you never know when tyrone is coming over. lol

We've had a ring for quite some time now, and it's been a pretty solid product overall. Just bought another as a gift. Easy to setup and use, our only complaint would be the battery life.

The Ring was easy to install! It worked correctly immediately. A great addition to our home security. Very easy to use when people come to door. Alerts you to those no-ring package deliveries!

The instructions provided are very easy to follow. We had it up and running in minutes. It has amazing clear video. We can see our neighbors across the street front door. Very pleased and we can set the sensitivity easily.

I bought over the Thanksgiving holidays because the price was so good, video quality is very good and the instructions made it super easy to install. All the tools you need for installation was included except for a drill.

Nice looking doorbell. Installation was easy. Keep in mind this is a wired doorbell. You will need existing electrical wire or run new wires in order to install them. Picture is clear. So far no complaints.

One of the best door bells out there I think. Slim design, easier to install, and there are more flexibility on some setting example motion sensor boundary, multiple setting for motion etc.

The clarity of the camera is great. The notifications are within a few seconds. I like the ability to modify the area covered by motion detection. Installation was reasonable. The reason for only three stars is that the camera and then the camera and chime went offline. They are supposed to come back on line automatically. However, they haven't. To reset required removing the camera cover and manually pressing a button. Same with the chime. If I'm not home, then it is not reset until I return regardless of when that is. Working with customer service and so far they have been helpful but currently have no explanation for my problem.
