Purchased the Ring Pro Bundle package at Best Buy for Christmas which included the Chime wi-fi plug in and the Eco (Gen3). Really enjoy having the security and piece of mind the Ring Pro brings to our home. Easy installation (Pro is hardwired) and loving the features!

This device is amazing. It’s a great peace of mind as far as knowing who is at your door step when you are and aren’t at home. You can easily receive a notification of motion or ring of doorbell. Motion sensitivity can be customized and zone as well. We order a lot online and well shout out to the delivery people who ring the doorbell so we can acknowledge that the package was dropped off. Not just that but the ring app has neighbors who can post footage of certain crimes around the area. Although I didn’t have a previous doorbell installed this one and connected to a adapter therefore I won’t change out a battery, it’ll always stay on with power.

Excellent doorbell monitor. Video quality is excellent, very easy to converse with person at the door and always connected. Very easy to install.

We have several Ring devices and love the entire system. This doorbell works exactly as it should and, since it's hard-wired, I don't have to worry about any charging issues.

I have this set up at my second property and I love the extra security of knowing the home is protected and the ease of speaking to people when we are in the pool and not missing them. It’s great!!

Installation was fast and easy and I loved that the doorbell can be angled to just the right position to get a full view of everything I want to see. The picture on my phone and pc is crisp and clear. What's even better is that I was able to keep my existing doorbell chime and use the chime that came with the doorbell for use in the basement; seeing that we spend a lot of time entertaining in our basement. Another great perk is that the doorbell can be linked to the Echo Show. So, when the doorbell rings or motion is detected. I can say, "Alexa, show front porch, or Alexa answer the front door" and I can speak to visitors through the Echo Show. It's just that easy.

Works well easy to install, requires subscription to store video images. Chime has many choices to choose from and loud enough to hear from any room. Highly Recommend.

I like it, it help me see who is outside my door and allowed my elderly dad to hear the door bell, since one of the chime is install in his room. Only bad part is, it doesn't automatically reconnect when I have to reset my modem.

The ease of installation is great. Ease of connection to home WiFi is also easy. Camera and sound are great. Being able to view on your cellphone who is ringing your doorbell is amazing.

We had a new front door installed, so we took the plunge to add since the old doorbell needed to be removed anyway. I like the novelty of this, and it does add a layer of security, but I need to tinker with sensitivity.

Very easy to hook up, good picture quality too. The app is easy to navigate and add the extra chime and connect to Alexa to show the front door on any Alexa device.

This was a great upgrade from my original Ring doorbell. Way better picture quality & detects motion much more effectively. Plus with the bundle sale with new Amazon Echo Dot, it was too good to pass up!

This was an awesome purchase. Camera works great in any condition (day, night, cold, etc). The instructions were very easy to follow and I was able to install it in less than 30 minutes.

This is a really good addition to any household. This records everything and the chime has great sound options. Very easy to install and program on their app.

The Ring Video Doorbell Pro is so easy to use install and I love the picture quality settings and ease of use. Already planning my next Ring purchase which will most likely be the spotlight cam.

The camera on the doorbell is very clear, I love been able to see packages being delivered. It is pretty simple to hook up, the directions are easy to follow. Definitely worth the buy!

I got the Ring Pro as part of the Chimepro bundle. Both devices have been great. The Chime Pro was easy to set up and took maybe 5 minutes. Best part is that I can turn off my doorbell chime that came with the house and choose one of the tones provided by the Chime Pro. Now my dog doesn't bark when the doorbell rings, which isn't often. The Ring Pro was very easy to install, including putting the transmitter on the existing chime. From start to finish, I think I invested about 10-15 minutes installing and setting it up. One drawback are the notifications. I dialed it down so that it would only pick up people only, but I was getting notified anytime someone drove by, so I turned notifications off.

Once you adjust it for your location (motion settings/area) it works great and is a wonderful addition to your home and for security. Can't wait to get more cameras and possibly their security system.

Video from the Ring Pro looked the best: The camera's wide, 160-degree view showed me all of my porch, and the night vision looked decent too, although it's in black and white.
