Easy to install and easy to use, the Ring doorbell fit our needs for security at our door. We can now see who is approaching as well as talk to them without opening the door. Highly recommend!

Great product from Ring. Easy to install and setup. Camera is clear and works great with my Samsung phone my wife's Apple phone. Would recommend if looking for a new door bell with a camera option.

I love our new doorbell. Installation and setup was easy. With this doorbell we replaced our old one and a WiFi camera. It is so much better than it was before. We are very happy with our purchase.

The Ring Pro was fairly easy to set up. It works as advertised. I think it will provide a valuable layer of security for my home, especially when we are expecting packages that might get stolen.

Basically this does what it is intended to do with a few exceptions: The Good - I was surprised just how wide of a viewing area the camera captures. My ring picks up on delivery drivers pretty far off in the distance driving down my driveway which is nice. I love the notification when motion is detected. The video clarity both day and night are pretty good but nothing spectacular. The Bad - there is a delay in real time and this is annoying. You can try to speak with someone using the talk feature but the speaker is really weak and unless you are connected to an extremely high speed network you wont be able to talk to anyone that is at your door. Most of the time this doesnt work for me especially if you are any data network with your cell phone provider. If you can look past the bad issues then overall it performs well especially when paired with a ring alarm system.

Bought this for my mother to add a little security to her house. She loves it. She also invited me to view her ring activity and I live 4hrs away. awesome...

The Doorbell was easy to set up and sync. All the tools necessary were included. Also packaged with 3 different faceplates and 2 different mounting plates. Had some difficulty syncing the chime.

I love this product! It activates when someone rings the doorbell and when someone walks or drives by the front door location. You can hear and talk to the person near the doorbell. Love it

Very easy to install. Everything you need is in the box. Multiple color options for the cover plate. Has worked perfectly since we have installed it (about 9 mos ago). Highly recommend.

This is by far a a superior camera and doorbell. Picture is super clear and also has the ability to listen and talk to person at the same time. also love the option to choose your motion area.

Very easy to install and add to my existing home automation system with Alexa. I was also able to connected to my Samsung refrigerator and get alerts there when someone is at the door. We love the ring so far, we just wish the notification would show up faster. If some gets to the door I get notifications but by the time I open the notification the person is already gone. Good thing everything stays recorded. The chimes that came with as a bundle is pretty cool too, it allows you to change the alert sounds, we had fun with the Santa Clause Ho-Ho-Ho alert during the holidays.

I found the door bell easy to install with wedges to change the video away from the corner installation. Wiring was a breeze and app setup with my echo show was just as easy.

Easy to install with hard wire door bell replacement. Impressed with video quality and ease of use with companion app. The annual “subscription” is worth it in my opinion. Feel safer with it.

This is perfect. Connected directly to the old doorbell wiring. Took me ten minutes to install. I like this one a lot better than the battery versions. Worth it at the $179 Black Friday price!

It real difficult to install over the existing electric doorbell. Picture is good, however there is about a five second lag time between notification on my phone and video.

So easy to set up and it eases my mind to see who's at my door before I open it. Also nice to know who's been here. Love the low cost option of keeping events in memory.

We love this doorbell camera. It's fun watching deliveries and puts your mind at ease. You can also speak through the camera and tell someone you can't come to the door. Highly recommended.

Just finished installing the Ring Pro and linking it to our iPhones and new Echo Show 5. It is working fantastically and is much better than anticipated. Clear video on our phones night and day. Loads of settings for sensitivity and range and ringing options. Had Geek Squad install it and he was great and helpful and professional. Only problem was originally the previous doorbell was running on 12 amps from an old transformer and I had to purchase a new transformer that produced more than 20 amps and personally install that before the Ring could safely work. So that postponed the instal two weeks but worth it in the end!
