Great product, incredible easy to install. The video quality is really good and the motion sensor need some adjustment but nothing that will can not get the best results after 2 or 3 trials.

The Ring Pro was easy to setup, after reading the manual and all the separate pieces of paper included in the box. Chime instructions not included in the manual and needed to be done first. This is my second Ring Pro, as the first was from a different retailer and was a dud out of the box. I have more trust in BB and no problem with my purchase. Imagines and recording is impressive, with only a slight delay. Sound is fine, but have to have more time with it. IThe app is very user friendly. I now plan to purchase the Ring spotlight cam to cover other areas in my yard.

I decided on the ring brand after thoroughly researching the competition. It was fairly easy to integrate into my existing wired chime. The video and sound quality are great.

Installation was a breeze, and the video clarity is impressive. Picks up even the slightest movement. Paired it with a floodlight for complete coverage.

Purchased for my mother. It was very easy to setup and install and now my mother feels very secure that she can see who is at the door and decide if it’s safe to answer.

After researching for a few months this popped up on-sale. I decided to give it a try because it has the least expensive rate for cloud storage. (Sky Bell is free but it is too large for my door frame.) The picture is clear and the doorbell works as it should but sometimes the video stutters and the audio crackles or skips. Could be my home network. I have only 6Mbs because of where I live but it is definitely more than what is required. Easy installation. App setup was a little problematic. Had a problem with the Chime Pro. Otherwise not to bad.

Love the security this doorbell provides. We even get notifucations of movement at the door when a gecko crawls near it! Easy set up snd installation.

Love this Ring Video Doorbell. Alerts me every time there is motion at my front door, and when the doorbell is rung. Shows my entire front yard with perfect clarity.

Excellent way to keep an eye on the outside of your home whether you are there or not. Camera is very clear. It was not too difficult to setup or install.

Loved the ability to only pick up people versus every motion or car passing. Easy install and the alerts being live is great. The yearly cost if you want recording is overkill, but let's see if its worth it.

I like the video, but I don’t Think you could actually interact with someone at your door if you weren’t home. Too much delay, you woukd miss the visitor by the time you were notified and were able to respond.

I was leery about buying one of these devices. Best Buy had a good sale and my friends who had this said I would love it, so I purchased Ring. I LOVE it. Best purchase. This has actually helped me with mail carriers saying they tried to deliver a package and unable to delivered. I was able t o look at what was recorded that day to inform the company that i have proof it was never delivered and I was able to get my money back. I also live on a dead end road and where we have it placed shows all activity. I actually feel safe having this device, that I plan on buying the other accessories.

I would not have re-purchased the pro it wasn't for the bundle deal. This is my 4th ring front door bell in 5 years. I upgraded to the pro because the original was too bulky. The 1st pro had many issues and I was sent a replacement. The 2nd pro worked about about 3 years but I noticed the video quality was getting worse over the years. The plastic screen cover was deteriorating and when I called customer service I was told the product was out of warranty and they do not repair the units and instructed me to EBay for replacement parts. I decided it was time to start looking for another video doorbell when I saw the xmas bundle at Best Buy. The price with the Chime Pro also included an Echo Show which was cheaper than buying the Pro by itself. The Echo Show made a great xmas gift an I decided to keep the previous unit and place on the back door. I will not be buying another Ring product if it fails again with in 3 years (I promise). The video is great quality until it's not. The value is average because they're too expensive to keep replacing every 2 years. Ease of use is average because the software is a piece of cake to use but unlike the commercials, it's not usable to answer calls when on the road. Even with excellent cell service which is strong enough to stream videos, taking a call usually fails and in the event the ring does connect, the person can not hear me talking very well. At home the service is no better which I like to see who's at the door before heading there. Even with the fastest internet package comcast has to offer, the delivery driver is usually back to his or her truck before the front door ever pops up on the screen. What does work well is the history recordings. The annual service is 30 bucks a year and the recording are great quality @ 1080p. However, if you let your subscription lapse, you lose all your recordings which wouldn't be a problem if Ring allowed you to download your videos in bulk.

I purchased this camera because I receive a lot of packages and did not want to become a victim. It comes with a Wi-Fi extender and different cover colors, also has great picture quality. Very easy to install.

This is exactly what my parents wanted. Helped to see who was at the door before they answered the door. Even to see who came to the door when they were not at home.

So far, I am very pleased with our new Ring doorbell. It functions great. It is easy to install and manage. It keeps me alert when there is motion detected at our front door.
