I thought this was a good deal. Doorbell, extender, and echo show in a bundle cheaper than doorbell alone. I had a narrow spot to put the doorbell so went with pro over other versions. Had no problem installing it. (And I’m not the best at things like that). It also came with wedges to change the angle. Works well. The extender lets you add custom rings too. My only issue can be too frequent motion but have been playing with the settings. Have to pay for storing video long term but also had the ring alarm so the alarm monitoring is included in that same fee. Overall glad I made this purchase

Great video doorbell, easy to install if you already have a doorbell, easy to connect the chime as well. Only issue is Ring charges $3 a month for access to their cloud and your video history.

It was easy to setup, and works great. I was able to connect it to my amazon echo 5, and it works great. I can see and talk to anyone that comes to my front door.

The Ring was easy to install and connect to my home network. So far, the video quality is very good and the notifications are reasonable. There is an odd delay in the doorbell with my older system but nothing too frustrating just a delay.

Great security for your home, you will need this and a subscription. The video quality is great and easy to install.

Purchased after a rash of package thefts and theft-from-autos in my neighborhood. The video quality is incredible and the installation was extremely easy. Highly recommended

Easy to install, easy to setup. Picture quality is superb. Ring app may be difficult to use at first if you're not tech savvy due to all the available options but it's easy once you know where each options are and navigate it a few times. Ensure you set the motion sensitivity (i.e. human motions only which then disregards a vehicle driving by or squirrel, etc.), custom motion zones (areas that you're wanting to monitor), and motion alerts. Otherwise, your Ring Chime and Ring app will eventually annoy you with every motion occurring outside.

this product was fairly easy to install and seems to work really well after getting set up I like how I can keep an eye on my front porch and front yard with this ring product

I installed it in less than 30 mins. Its very easy to set up and like how you can set up motion zones. you can even set up motion sensitivity. So far it never missed any motion

The RING video doorbell was easy to install and pair with the cameras we bought. It seems to go offline at times and will take a while to get back online. Overall please with the product and the Chime Pro is a must have.

Easy to install and set up on App.. Camera views are clear. Would have preferred the option to chose my own dimensions as opposed to having first user to set for all devices.

After some time debating whether or not to purchase this product, BestBuy convinced me with their ring doorbell pro with door chime and Alexa offer. Installation went pretty smoothly. I used both wedges (corner and angle) to mount it at the same location as my old doorbell. Overall, I'm happy to use the product with the 'smart' capabilities. The video quality is quite good in daylight and the black-n-white picture is reasonable at night. The main complaint is even with a strong wifi connection, there is a delay from the time someone approaches and rings the doorbell. Also, there are just a few limited chimes to choose from and interworking with Alexa hasn't been of any use. I plan to integrate it into the 'smartthings' app, hoping there will be some useful capabilities working with my smart tv.

This Ring Pro is great and we are so glad we bought it. Super easy to install and function. The app that goes with it is fantastic as well. Great picture and sound quality!

I would recommend this combination to all others. I love my ring doorbell and chime. They were easy to setup and easy to operate/ manage with the ring app.

Great Product. The camera is nice and clear, the application works well and is easy to set up. It doesn't replace a home security system but it is a nice addition to one.

Very easy to install and the ring app is easy to navigate and use. The microphone picks up sound very far away so that is very impressive. Video quality is very clear. You do get a free 30 day trial to store and watch videos, after that its $30 a year for regular video and about $100 for alarm monitoring. I went with the $30 yearly program or about $3 a month for the video recording since I already have an alarm monitoring company. You can connect with other ring members in and around your neighborhood area which is very cool. We actually caught a suspect going in and around the local neighborhood breaking into cars.

I was on the fence about which video doorbell to get and a coworker showed me his video feed to his phone and I was very impressed. I am amazed at how clear the video is and that you can speak to the person at your door and there is an added cool feature that lets you connect with other people in your area that also have the ring doorbell to report and share details and video if you choose to help keep the area safer. Your first 30 days is free and if you choose to continue it's only $30.00 for the year for one device or $100.00 for the year for unlimited devices. You will not find a better deal with any other company.
