Easy to install and provides security! A must have if you buy on line and get packages left at door also great to see and talk to those at door at night for added security.

Like the Ring. Easy to set up. The additional monitoring fee is a bit of an annoyance. The announcement on the phone takes a bit longer than I would like but once connected works as advertised. The extra chime is a great addition.

I love the ring doorbell. I get alerts from the ring as someone come to the door and another one as someone rings the doorbell. This is great so far for security.

Ring was easy to install and easy to operate. Getting the motion settings set based on my busy street location takes trial and error to get dialed in but overall its great for security. The ring is a bit overpriced for what you get.

I have purchased several ring products in the past including the floodlight, spotlight, 1st/2nd gen doorbells, and alarm system and so far I have not been disappointed. This is no exception.! It was very easy to install, instructions are very easy to follow, and I love that the include several different faceplates. I used the matte black face plate and it looks very modern/clean. I am very happy with the look and works very well. I also really like the smaller profile when compared to other generations. Would definitely recommend.

We love the Ring Doorbell Pro! The installation was easy (husband pretty much rewired the whole thing being that we did not have a current "modern" doorbell and some wires were dead). Once the doorbell was wired and hooked up, the setup was a breeze. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the delay between the doorbell button being pressed and the chime going off. It was a good 2-second delay. Also, the delay with the video pulling up on the app is a bit too slow. Another thing is I really wished there was a way to turn off the glowing circular light on the button when there is activity outside. Is there a way to turn that feature off? But overall, this doorbell is a great buy and we definitely love having the doorbell!

The clarity of the camera is better than I expected. It was also very easy to install and easy to set up parameters within the app.

Bought this combo on sale before Christmas and couldn’t be happier. Very east to install if you have an existing doorbell and the picture quality is great

Will invest in another one. It is much faster than previous model and great picture quality. As well as sound. Easy set up. Good bundle

This Ring video doorbell and chime works very well. Being able see who is at the door before you get there is great. Although the chime is connected to the front and back doorbells with a different announcement for each, it takes long enough that we've usually already figured that out ahead of it. Plus, with the security on the cell phones these days, getting into our phone in time to greet someone through the Ring app without going to the door is next to impossible, but that's not the fault of the product or the app.

Pros: Videos are clear. Easy to set up. Nicely designed & appealing. Great features. Like the option to talk to whoever rings your bell. Cons: Subscription to cloud service & the price. Even with that I recommend this product.

Clear video although it's little fish eyed. Sound is decent. The app was fairly easy to get going. I had to make some adjustments to lower the sensitivity and view as I was getting alerts from passing traffic and pedestrians.

This is a great device for the modest neighborhood, it lacks in resolution which is in no way 1080p quality but it makes up for it in ease of use and installation. The wide angle lens distorts and the microphone gets overdriven pretty easily. Looking back I would have gotten the Nest doorbell instead of it wasn’t for the solar powered Ring Spotlight cams which is what I purchased first and got this as an add-on. I’ve used DoorBird and 2N doorbells which blow both Ring and Nest out of the water but come with a much higher price tag and I would still recommend those higher price brands first for more active neighborhoods.

These two work so perfectly together! The ring camera is the best investment for anyones home, It makes me feel really safe that I can answer without opening the door or that i can see if anyone suspicious is approaching my house. you can also take it with you any where if you decide to move. The Chime is perfect you plug it in anywhere and you can hear it loud and clear any where you are in the house. I purchased this for my parents house a year ago and not that I’m moving out on my own, I purchased one for my house. Super excited!

Camera works great, app is super easy to use. Love the extra chime to make sure we hear when someone comes, even when we’re across the house.

Unfortunately it does disconnect on occasion from the wifi. When that happens it is very annoying. However the camera and the app are awesome when everything is working properly which is about 90 percent of the time

Ring video door bell is an excellent product, high quality of the camera and clear night vision makes it much better product compared to other products in the market.

Quality of the video is superb. The night vision is excellent, with very clear video even with all the lights off. Great for tracking package delivery when you aren’t home and for seeing who is at the door.
