Video quality very good and covers a nice area. Easy setup however having some audio issues. Known problem from what I have read but turning down the volume helps some. Hopefully a firmware update will fix it.

Ring Video Doorbell Pro has a great video quality. Easy to install and once installation is done, very easy to use and check who is on the door.

Ring video door bell is simple to install and easy to use. I installed it in our new home under 30 minutes. Video clarity is good and the best thing is it allows me to watch and talk to my visitors from anywhere.

I started to worry that the directions to install this were more advanced than I thought, but it really is relatively simple. You do need a drill if you're installing it onto brick though. The picture looks great. My only complaint, and this prevents me from giving it a full 5-stars, is this: you need to set the motion to pick up just people if you live on an even remotely busy street, because it will go off every 5 minutes when a car passes. On top of that, when you do set it to alert you just when it picks up a person, it takes so long to pull up and see who it is (even when you're on great WiFi), that the mailman is halfway to the next house when the video finally does pull up.

Loving Ring doorbell. Easy to install. Night vision is better than I anticipated but is clearer if there is a porch light on. Clear vision during daylight

I enjoy our new technology for our door bell for a few reasons; 1- because the instructions were simple to follow and helped installation to be very smooth. 2- the image quality looks great on our smart phones 3- love the alert settings; there’s an option to receive alerts for any motion or just on people - great security aspect. 4- I like the feature to be able to respond via voice when there’s someone at our door - very high on this security feature The only drawbacks I have are the following: 1- the video can be very choppy when reviewing on past history and live alerts. Not sure if that’s due to the Internet but I have good signal near the modem 2- there’s a cost to retrieve videos after 30 day trial period

The ring pro has a great camera good speaker easy setup would recommend to a friend

The motion detector is great and the camera picks up everything....the door bell going to my iphone is a real help if I’m in the garage...

This camera is very clear. I like that you can zoom in and move the camera around. Having the notifications alert me on phone is great! Easy install too!!!

I love the ease of installing the camera with the option of different plates to blend with decor. The app offers lots of settings to suit your needs.

We really like the Ring Pro. It's nice to speak to the person at the door. Only drawback is the sensitivity to car lights at night. Doesn't seem to matter where our parameters are set. Otherwise, it's great!

Great quality and excellent security tool. It has a file of recorded video/audio plus a real time answering from your cellphone through Wi-fi service.

I originally bought the Ring 2 and it worked great. The only problem was it was too wide for my door frame so I exchanged it for the Ring Pro. When I connected it hit rang without stopping. It took several hours even with assistance from the ring technical support team. The first tech was lost in space and it was a blessing when we got cut off. The second guy was knowledgeable But it still took an hour to finally discover that I needed to remove the battery from my existing doorbell. I am not sure why it worked but I am glad that it did work.

This was pretty easy to install. I had one glitch where I didn't know that it had to charge up before you could set up the network, but their support team answered my question within a minute and I waited 20 minutes then it all worked as expected. Everything works great. I get a notification if someone gets near and a better notification if someone rings the bell. I purchased this online and had it delivered to the store and it showed up exactly when they said it would. Super easy. Best Buy had the best price for the combo.

Love the ring doorbell. Not does it provide security, but it also provides a great visual alert of guests. It was easy to hardwire install as well!

Added this to complement a series of existing ring floodlights cameras. Since I already had multiple ring devices, the ring protection plus subscription plan was the best value. This integrated with my existing doorbell wiring without any issue. The setup looks intimidating at first, but you should be fine if you are comfortable with minor wiring. Besides getting alerted if the mailman or people approaching your door, you will be surprise how many wild animals show up in various times if the day!
