Easy to use and setup. Great picture and works at night also without light.

We had heard of the RING but had not seen it in action. I love the notifications and it was VERY easy to install. I can see and talk to anyone that rings the doorbell, and can see the entire front of our home. Love the camera, great pictures. Anyone lurking about we can see that or cars passing back and front of our home. Love it.

Easy to install. Works with Alexa. Ability to set motion zones. Downsides: a) roughly a 5-10 sec delay for remote notifications. By the time you try to pull up the live stream on your phone, the event that caused the original notification may have already been over; b) hence, you end up relying on recorded videos for review what occurred - however, video recording requires a Ring subscription. Basic subscription starts out at $4/month.

I’d had this for a little over a month and so far so good. Easy to install and easy to set up. I think the hardest part is getting the zone set so I picks up someone heading to my porch but not so big that people walking down the sidewalk set it off. I also have a tricky porch and if it was more open, I think it would be easier to set up the zone.

I was surprised how easy it was to setup. The only issue I had was that I had to replace my old doorbell transformer for one with higher voltage, which only cost another $15 and was easy to replace. It has worked perfectly from the time I set it up, and all I have had to do was tweak the motion zones so I stopped getting alerts about cars driving by on the street.

Easy to install. Takes a little bit to adjust settings just right so it doesn’t pick up cars going down the street, but still picks up activity in our yard. Overall, very pleased. Able to add everyone in our house so all can see when someone arrives or a package is delivered.

Installed Ring Video Doorbell Pro about a month ago, replacing existing push-button, wired installation. Instructions were mostly clear, and installation went easily once I figured out which holes to use in the mounting plate. This was the only thing I found to be a possible point of confusion - you don't want to get that wrong - and I believe Ring could have done a much better job with the instructions on this point. Regardless, got 'er done, and it works exactly as expected. It's great to get notified when a package is delivered to our porch, and to be able to answer the door from the back yard (or from anywhere, for that matter). I also installed the Ring alarm system. For $100/yr we get video clips saved online, AND I get professional monitoring of the alarm system. They also include a longer warranty with the monitoring. Because I was paying $300/year for alarm monitoring (without any video) the purchase will pay for itself in just a few years, and I believe the Ring equipment will last much longer than that. I expect to add some additional Ring components as time goes on, as I can already see a use for their "listener" (allows us to utilize the old system's hard-wired smoke and heat detectors), and also their water leak sensor under kitchen sink, in laundry room, and at water heater.

This works great and is very easy to install...unless you have a brick wall to mount it on. This came with a drill bit that got me through one hole, but just dulled out for the second one. Get your own masonry bit and you'll have no problem installing. Everything else about it works great and we love it. Also, it said I was purchasing the silver one, but it came with 3 other covers, including the copper one we wanted.

I really like this product. Very easy to install and the quality is great. Highly recommend this product. I don't have a need for the chime, but it was part of the bundle. The subscription is good also. The quality is good. Just a little sensitive with adjusting the motion sensor. But I rather it be too sensitive than not sensitive at all. Great product.

I like this product a lot. The only thing I have an issue with is lack of privacy with amazon products. I tried to turn off as many settings so amazon, if any, gets as little info as possible from me. I do like the video door bell and its features. I replaced my other regular wired doorbell with this. The chime isn’t too bad.

Got this bundle on Black Friday and it is awesome! The picture quality is great and it picks up everything. I love be able to go back and check when it detected motion or if someone rang the doorbell and you didn't answer. I would definitely recommend this video doorbell to anyone that wants a little extra security around their home.

Easy to install and set up. Several bezel colors to choose from and one was just the right color. Very sensitive camera to motion and viewing is crisp and clear. Like the fact I can see who is even remotely close to my house. Can see out to the street. Picks up cars driving by so have to set the zones up; this took a little trial and error but it works great.

Great video doorbell that does a good job keeping track of who comes and goes. Night vision also works well. The included wedges make the mounting versatile. We had a ring 2 system in our previous home and had issues with capturing motion and video, but the pro kit captures video prior to the motion and a few seconds after. We haven't had any connectivity issues, which our friends with competing video doorbells always complain about. Highly recommended!

I'm so pleased with my purchase of the Ring Doorbell Pro! It was easy to install, the camera is amazing, and it's got a large area that it covers. It's an amazing product. I had some trouble with a faulty Pro power kit, but when I called Ring, they sent one out immediately, no questions asked along with a free new transformer. Their customer service is awesome.

the installation was very easy. Love that it comes with different face plate options to match the home aesthetic. The video quality and sound is excellent. The ring sound options could use improvement (which I could add my own sounds). Just installed a couple of days ago and am very happy with the purchase. I also wish you could customize the different zones to have different sensitivities. very durable materials.

I have dogs and they go crazy when the doorbell rings. This allows me to see who’s at my door and for me to answer without letting my dogs out the front door. It also helps turn people away if they are soliciting. When I’m away from home it let’s me know when packages are delivered and know when someone is at my door.

Had this Ring doorbell for a while now and I can say it’s held up very well! Installation was simple and easy to follow. Ring app works really well and the picture quality is nice and crisp (I think having a really strong WiFi signal is recommended). I just wish there was 24/7 constant recording. Overall, a great doorbell.

Easy installation using the Ring app and the included instructions. Download the app, scan the QR code, and in a few minutes the doorbell can was linked to my phone. Definitely worth getting the Chime Pro as the chime makes the doorbell louder and improves the signal to other Ring products. This bundle was cheaper than buying direct from ring.com

I have never owned a security system/video door bell and had did research on all the options available. I read several reviews and this system had great reviews. It was very easy to install and I love the clear picture and sound and it really makes me feel good that my packages and home are safer.

My Ring Doorbell works as advertised. Instillation took about an hour and 15 minutes. We took our time though. I really like the way I can control the zones it see’s. That eleninated cars and trucks driving by setting it off. The only thing I can find fault with is during the day the sun sets the iris high but due to my long entry way the camera picture is not the best. It actually is clearer at night. That said, it still looks ok daytime.
