Great product! It's simple to setup and easy to use. I like that you can adjust the motion zone, snooze the alert and share with the neighborhood.

The latency issues when connecting to the doorbell are a problem. Sometimes I answer the doorbell and there is quite a bit of lag, and can get so bad that I need to close and reopen the app for it to work. By that time, the person ringing the doorbell may have already left. It's definitely not a WiFi signal or speed issue, because I have 200 Mbps internet speed via WiFi and a mesh setup 3 ft from the doorbell. Other than that, video quality is amazing, night vision is incredible, and the IR sensors are top notch. The chime is a nice little addon if you want another area of the house to have an added chime.

Installation took sometime because of my existing chime that needed to be upgraded with more ample transformer. Once installed properly, everyting worked well. I've had it for two months and no issues so far. It's connected to my Alexa show device and my smartphone and very easy to use. I did purchase annual cloud subscription which gives me some added sense of security. I find it helpful when I get packages delivered as it records the video image. Picture quality is pretty good too. Btw, paired chime works pretty well too.

This is a wonderful security camera doorbell. Alerts you when theres motion at your door and shows you whos at the door. Great added security for homeowners.

We have looked at these doorbells for years, but just didn't want to pay so much for a video doorbell. After friends and family members jumped onto the Ring bandwagon, our curiosity and interest increased, but we continued to refrain from the purchase. Best Buy ran an incredible one-day deal on this Video Doorbell Pro + Chime Pro in December that was too good to pass up. So, to surprise my wife, I pulled the trigger. Little did I know how much she wanted one in spite of my reluctance to jump on the video doorbell. And at the same time, little did I know how cool this Ring Pro doorbell is. Installation was very easy (and, for me, that was important because I am not handy at all when it comes to home projects). Installation didn't take very long at all--probably an hour or less, and some of that was my playing with the system after getting it set up. We knew how the Ring Pro system worked because we know others who have one, but we didn't realize how much customization is available for indoor doorbell chime options, sensor sensitivity, field of view customization, etc. It is nice to have the option to turn on or off an alert when someone approaches the door in addition to receiving an alert with an ability to see, hear, and talk to anyone at the doorstep. Whether it is the presence of the Ring Pro doorbell or not, we have already noticed a decrease in door-to-door solicitors. For my wife, though, there is a great deal of peace of mind knowing that we have a "security camera" of sorts for the front of our home. She feels safer and more secure--whether she is home or away. After getting the Ring Pro set up, we found ourselves wondering why we waited so long. I'm not sure we will go without a video doorbell from this point forward.

I wanted to have an eye at my house while I am out and found the Ring Video Doorbell Pro to be the right fit for me. The installation was easy and the one question I did gave was answered quickly by customer service. I plan to buy another camera for the side of my house next. I love the motion sensor which can be adjusted to pick up everything, or just people. The subscription, if you want it, gives you access to recorded video for 60 days unless you download it to your device. The cost is very reasonable. I plan to get it in the next week or so.

I waited and did some research online before deciding to buy this promo set at Best Buy. Installation was pretty straightforward and the only hiccup I had was my previous doorbell faceplate was much wider then the new ring pro unit. I ended up using the faceplate that comes in the ring set meant to use if you had a previous ring unit and modified it a bit to fit perfectly. There is about a 5 second delay from when the ring unit alerts you that someone is at the door but it seems to be a normal response time from doing research.

I was deciding between getting the Ring and the Nest and decided on the Ring due to more people I know own one, although the Nest appears to have better video images from people I know that own the Nest. The Ring is a great product. The chimes and motion settings are adjustable, and it has the corner and wedge options to adjust the view. Another plus is the neighborhood alerts for notifications about nearby incidences. Glad I bought this and would buy it again. I have also recommended it to many of my other friends.

The Ring Pro doorbell and Chime combo was an excellent purchase (on sale). It was super easy to setup and connect to the wifi network. The doorbell i have connected to the chime, so the chime gets setup first. The picture quality is nice in both day and night situations. You can select motion sensitivity so you're not getting alerts for every little thing. You can also select an area of the picture that would trigger the motion sensor. It is nice that it doesn't run off a battery, and is connected using existing doorbell wires. Overall, I highly recommend.

Pro - Video quality is great. Chimes available are fun and can be heard well throughout the house. Con - When launching the app, the video will frequently not load. Meaning I cannot answer the door from my phone, or see who is at the door when they press the bell. This defeats essentially 99% of the reason we bought this, and now just have a bigger door bell. Even though we have the pro with the chimepro, the doorbell has had numerous issues connecting to the wifi or dropping/losing signal. The strength, according to the app, says that we should not be having this issue and Ring has been less than helpful in resolving it. Hopeful that new software pushes may help resolve this.

Easy to install and easy to use. It will go off all the time if the sensitivity is set to high but easily fixed. I’m glad I bought my doorbell .

Between my family and I we have multiple ring products and are overall very satisfied with them all. The pro doorbell has great video quality during the day but not very good at night. I expected the night vision to work much better than it does. The stick up cam night vision is surprisingly much better. I would definitely recommend this doorbell especially after seeing the non pro comparison. Other than night vision quality my only other problem is that even with a great wifi connection that seems to be a delay for notifications with apple products. I've tried with android and apple and android is much faster for some reason.

I have been looking into Ring for a while and finally the price was right so I bought one. Could not be happier with it!! Install was easy and straightforward, a basic or beginner could install this. Product set up was easy as well. I've had to adjust the motion sensor, was going off when a car drove by 40 feet from the house or when the wind blew a yard flag, but once that was adjusted the notifications only appear when someone is at the door. Feel better knowing I can see who is there without answering and can verify package deliver.

First of all the bundle was an excellent deal with the free echo show. This early xmas gift has been great and the crisp clear feed that we are getting from this tiny camera has amazed my husband and I. We did hard wire it so that we would not have to deal with batteries going dead on us whch we looked that up before buying. We are also very pleased with the fast response of the echo show we are used to our first gen echo so mayb that is why but the picture quality the clock and weather AWESOME!

Good camera and doorbell with great app Ring app is great and responds within 5-10 sec when someone rings the door bell. It has a very wide angle of view and decent clarity. It was not difficult to install, both for the wiring and setting it up with the app. The only issue I have had is recently after having it for a year, it has disconnected from the app twice, and I had to remove the cover to get it reconnected.

The ring pro has excellent video and it’s able to sense motion. The night vision is great. Overall its a good product for a great price

Instructions made for easy set up had it all set up in 25 minutes. Picture very clear, love the feature where you can set the area to be viewed and set to only people to be viewed.
